In fact I want to thank these guys and…

In fact I want to thank these guys and i have to, because their software is up-to-date, but not without lags and this is what doesn't let me express only positive words. The price is tangible, seriously, when you acquire the software you feel that your pocket is getting emptier, but it doesn't match the quality and stability of the soft they deliver.
We have the most advanced hardware on the workplace, we use very difficult programs and other soft but this one lags and I can't do anythign with it. We tried to figure out what is happening but in vain. Still, their mission is clear enough.

Now why would you put nano technology…

Now why would you put nano technology into humans?
Hmmm I used one of your tests and my finger was spliced by a nano particle that went into my skin.

You asked for proof I sent you my finger covered in blood if that ain’t proof I don’t know what is.
You need to take accountability for testing dangerous products on people.

Hmmm remember those reviews videos about children with nose bleeds most likely linked to the same thing.

Couldn’t find the code

Couldn’t find the code - after 9pm in’s of searching and inputting wrong ones we opened the cassette and finally found it. Instructions told us not to open cassette till we were ready to use it. But we couldn’t use it till this number was entered!

Fast resolution saved the day

My Kit ID wouldn't work, so I contacted Chronomics via the form, not expecting it to be resolved in time for our sailing. However, somebody emailed me within 5 minutes with a resolution. Very impressed.

not very helpful

not very helpful. why isn't the testing done the same way as NHS, so much easier as I don't have a smart phone. very frustrating.

This means you must go through an online registration process where you provide the required information. This can be done using a smartphone but also works from a computer.

COVID test great service…

I had a COVID test kit that had part of the test missing.
I expected to have to use a list of options on line which probably wouldn't have had the answer.
Contacted the centre by email and almost immediately Sam Hodge came back with the solution.
Really great service

Barcode trouble .

It was stated barcode would be on box of covid test. It wasn't. Had a panic and rang Ambassador to be told
It was on cassette. Ambassador had help line for people. No number to ring chronomics. Clear instructions please.

Registration errors using the same Email address

I made some errors during the registration process using the same Email address for two people. This resulted in me being blocked when trying to register the second person. Eventually I changed my PW and then the computer allowed me to proceed and complete the whole process.
