Chunky Junk Ltd Reviews

Brilliant service

I booked chunky junk to pick up 4 black bags of general rubbish they quoted me £28.80 and on the day they charged me £50

Swift, efficient service, very satisfied.

This Team is amazing. Good response time, fair prices and extremely efficient.
Would definitely recommend!

Quick, efficient and clean removal - very impressed

Thank you Chunky Junk, the turn out after request was within 24 hours and the guys arrived well within the time slot of 12 - 4 pm. They were quick and very well efficient in taking care of not damaging the property while moving bulky items. I had done some construction work in my backyard so had a lot of waste to be cleared. They finished the job within 15 minutes. Highly recommend Chunky Junk👍👍👍👍👍

What can I say apart from amazing, the guys arrived this morning and cleared all my stuff i wanted to go to the tip. They were efficient, hard working and nothing was too much for them.
I will recommend them to my friends & family.

Called Chunky Junk @ 9am and arrived at midday the same day. Great service. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

The most amazing efficient service - AGAIN!! I booked Chunky Junk after having such an amazing experience the first time around. They had everything confirmed within minutes and then turned up as promised at 7am this morning so that I could get to work on time - super helpful and did everything they could to assist a smooth rubbish collection! I will be using these guys again for everything! Highly recommended to everyone for whatever disposal you need!

Easy to sort, quick to reply with a day and time which was quick too. Did all the work asked and price was as stated on text. Will use again thank you

Quick, efficient service. Asked for removal if a really bulky item and had it picked up just an hour later.

They state on their website that "we will guarantee to do all the hard work for you". They charged £96 to remove my 3 seater sofa, which I paid. On the day of collection, they told me that it would be £140 if the sofa was not outside the house. I was not informed of this in advance and would have been charged £38 for the exact same service via the council. How is this doing all the hard work for me?! When I asked for a refund of my £96, they refused so I was forced to further injure my back and put the sofa outside for them. This is false advertising and I think it's probably illegal to refuse to refund me. Shocking service. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Fantastic! Really friendly service. Kept me updated with delivery time etc.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for any more removals.

Good service, here when they said they would be and great value.

Excellent, efficient service and a fair price - will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others

Really friendly service, whilst also being extremely efficient. Would definitely use again, great value for the price!

Just a V good service

Excellent service, such a quick response by a friendly team. Thank you, you are highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would! I called Chunky Junk for quiet, and agreed date/time for the collection. I followed up an hour after the agreed collection time, only to receive a text saying that had had a busy day and couldn’t collect as agreed after all. They offer a collection the following week which was no good to me. They then didn’t return my calls, voice mails, or respond to my texts, leaving me to find alternate solution at last minute! Very disappointed and frustrated by outcome.

Friendly team, super efficient, they even replied to my texts in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
