Useless dont know whatbthey are doing judge asked to see reports etc none were ready. Case had to be delayed.

Didn't know what defence was set. Keystone cops outfit.

Communication terrible. Virtually non existent.

I have done all the homework for a defence myself and instructed them to persue it still they dont know what they are doing.

Gave a Dr's letter but explained it had errors. Not to use it. Until I provided amended letter.

However still sent the letter and changed my defence. Despite my instructions.

May as well be the prosecution rather than the defence.

Unless it changes I will update this review accordingly.

Waste of time. Useless.

Called last week and was advised to call back to speak directly to Charlie Nash.

Called back later, they had no record or details and asked if they could take all the details and call back later.

I advised it was quite urgent so they finally put me through to Charlie who then told me they are at capacity and will not be taking anything new on and to try elsewhere

We used Churchers for our house purchase and were impressed with their regular communication and quality of advice. I could not really fault the service.

Daniel was very good at helping me understand a lengthy redundancy settlement agreement and as well as asking some very good questions to make sure it was the right option for me.
Once decided he worked to a tight deadline - which I greatly appreciated. Very happy with the service

Used the brand I located in Lee on the solent for selling of our house, and I will not planning to use it again.have been recommend it by real estate agency but never lived up to my expectations, put me off to be used as whole, and definitely can not recommend based on my personal experience

I made an enquire in March, now August. This was for them to review my dad's will. I called/email 3 or 4 time to chase up the appointment to run through it. Since in August it was getting close to us needed the advice I chased them via phone only to be told they don't have the capacity to deal with it. Thanks for wasiting my time and meaning I now need to pay lots more to expedite the review.

A woman solicitor was dealing with a will re a relative.It was a simple and straightforward will but it took a long time to be completed. During this period we were completely kept in the dark, we were not kept informed or kept up to date, they had poor communication skills, we would ring for news or any progress but they would not ring back. When I did manage to speak to the solicitor I felt I was just a nuisance or a burden to her. All in all she was cold and unhelpful and we found the service unprofessional, and not a good way to treat people. We would not recommend them.

Maxwell Green and his assistants were very professional; my lease extension was completed smoothly without any issues and at a competitive price. Any queries I had throughout the extension process, they were promptly and clearly replied. I certainly recommend their services to everyone who’d need them.

Not first time buyer friendly and fairly rude. Talking to local people in our area about our experience apparently churchers have quite a bad reputation.

They send you over documents to read all in legal terms. When you ask for further clarity they say to you they do not understand why you're confused without answering your questions. Some times we had to ask the same question multiple times just to get a straightforward answer.

Once the sale finished i asked for further support and was told that they done their job they are not here to hold our hands and talk through everything with their clients. As first time buyers we was left confused throughout the whole process with little to no support. Just emails constantly sent to us to read with little to no human contact. Tried to arrange appointments however throughout the whole 6 months only spoke over the phone a handful of times.

We wanted to change solicitors however did not want to lose out on money so was stuck with churchers.

After the sale went through we asked for further legal help due to breaches in contract from the seller and did not even get a response.

If you are a first time buyer please do your research wisely.

I cant explain enough how great full I was to have met Alanna to help me.
She took the time to understand my situation and provided the best possible advice for a great outcome. Nothing was to much trouble even though sometimes I felt that my question was silly she made me feel that they were totally valid. Not only now but 11 years ago with my divorce case too .
She is not only so professional but tries to help you understand the process and supports you how much she can.
Even with my poor understanding she was so patient with me .
I'm so blessed 11 years after the my divorce she helped me one more time and resolved the case so quickly .

Terrible service. Frequently did not reply to emails or phone calls. On one occasion, it took Sara 9 days to forward documents that she promised the following day (despite me chasing daily). Documents were emailed with no covering email or explanation. Service was generally appalling.

I had a brilliant telephone consultation with Matthew Bailey. Matthew was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and his expertise has really helped me in a very difficult situation. I would definitely recommend him.

One of their solicitors was recommended to help with possession of my property. The solicitor sent questionnaires which I completed and sent it back to him.

I contacted him through telephone and email and until date I am yet to receive response from the solicitor.

Just a courtesy email to decline providing me the service would have sufficed. It makes me question their core values and what they advertise.

I will not recommend them.
