Reduced Premium after the first year with CIA.
CIA tried their best to get me a reduced premium this year.

No refund received after waiting 16 weeks.
Cancelled a buildings insurance policy in May and despite two letters to CIA no refund or response received from them. Customer Service isn't woeful it is non existent. Have now written to CIA threatening legal proceeding's to secure the refund due.

Withdrawal of cover at renewal
Just received an email, with 2 weeks until my policy expires saying that CIA can’t renew my policy but with no explanation given. They also stated that they had previously informed me that they were unable to provide suitable cover, but I can’t find any such notification.

Discontinue Cover / Zero Support
CIA have just discontinued my landlord BTL cover due to the fact I live in Vietnam. It is effective two weeks from now and they have given zero assistance in suggesting other providers.
Effectively, 'Thanks for insuring multiple properties over the last 15 yrs. We no longer wish to cover you. Off you pop. Good luck.'
Would have hoped to get a little more support. Never mind.

A brief chat with the Agent, who promised to call me back after speaking with his manager.
Callback received within 20 minutes, and I agreed to pay the new revised insurance premium.
