Ciciwigs Reviews

Terrible quality, cheap, and not at all like the pictures. These are worse than halloween wigs. Do not buy.

Like most lm sure site showed one thing received the complete opposite. Just a complete fraud . Site stands by money back guaranteed but will not refund me . Just purchased a day ago she’s actually trying to convince me to pick another over refunding me back my money not shocking at all . Just a complete nightmare. 🤬

It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received anything

I ordered 3 lace wigs for 59.99 and received them they are not lace wigs at all this is sad how yall take people money and have a fake site. These wigs are nothing what I ordered. I will be reporting this to the bbb so they can Investigate your business. Some one needs to contact me regarding asap

If I would give them ZERO stars I would! Fell for their SCAM and I'm now fighting to get my money back! Their wigs are TRASH! I could by the same wig on Wish for $5. I'm still fighting them to get my money back, and have had to report this to PayPal to dispute their charge and have them help me get my money back.

Don’t buy from them, the most cheapest quality in the world, when I asked refund, they keep bs on email. Don’t trust this factory

Do NOT buy avoiding me when i ask for a refund! These are no where near what they are selling. They are cheap and small wrong colours. I feel ripped off, there scamming people. I want my money back i better get it! Lady's DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The ones they advertise look expensive and real human hair the ones i got looked like i got from a pound shop/ joke shop. I wish i had checked feedback first.

THESE ARE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL WIGS!! SCAMMERS!!! THEY KEEP CHANGING COMPANY NAME TO RIP OFF MORE PEOPLE. FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!! THEY DO NOT SEND THE WIGS THEY POST AND PAYPAL WILL NOT ENFORCE A REFUND EVEN WHEN THEY ADMITTED THAT THEY SEND A "VERSION" OF THE ADVERTISED WIG. THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR THE COST OF 2 WIGS THAT LOOK SO HORRIBLE AND PLASTIC I NEVER TRIED THEM ON.

RUNNNNN RUNNNNN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

They don’t even deserve a star. Wigs are ugly af. Do not buy I repeat do “do not buy” it will be a waste of ur money.

So I'm just gonna go ahead and give my niece this wig so she can play with it!! So disappointed.

This company is so terrible, I was a first time buyer and was not satisfied, I wrote to them about the poor quality of the wigs and requested a full refund, as that is what there policy said on the website. However they have been saying that they would refund the money full price now they are saying 20% refund, I told them know and now they have changed there websites from the original site and now they wig price is no longer 3 for $50.00, some sites offer 2 wigs this is ridiculous, I want my full refund and now I see that their company is not of American origin.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A SCAM! Their pictures are falsely advertising wigs that are not at all what you are purchasing compared to the pics. $54 dollars later and I cannot get my money back.

I ordered the 3 for $50, when they came the were nothing like in the photos, the were pieces of straight hair! Awful, just awful!

I wish there was a "zero star" rating. This wig company is HORRIBLE!. The wigs I ordered look NOTHING like what I received. The wigs they advertise is not what you will get. I guess you get what you pay for. Do not order from this company unless you're looking for wigs for a play or halloween!

This is the worse online purchase I have ever made. I purchased 3 wigs for 50 even though they were what was advertised only one of them was close to what I ordered and the other 2 were the exact same. You are selling a product that looks like garbage and you should be shame of yourselves for scamming people out of their money. I learned my lesson never trust something to good to he true. Then when I looked back on the website what I ordered is no longer on the site. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT

Ordered three wigs for 50.00 they look and fill like doll fake hair I can do NOTHING with this I want my money back ASAP you can have this back..This is stealing BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! THE ONE STAR IS FOR ..SANDRA WATKINS O#EAX84367 USPS TRACKING #eVS #9274 8902 8910 3850 68 the amount 59.99 I dont have to give away

So bot order wigs from thid site!
I ordered two wigs in different lengths and when I got them they looked nothing like in the pictures on their site. I checked their site and it said full money guarantee so I emailed them and explained the situation.
They got back to me asking me to send pictures of the wig. I shouldn’t have to send pictures but I did thinking if that’s what I take to get my money back.
The reply I got from them the next day was “We can see you haven’t been taking care of the wig”...
I have done nothing but take it out of the bag and tried it on only to put it back in the bag.
Is it the company or the customer that should be happy with the product?
I will not stop until I get my money back and I will never order from them again!

This company does not deserve one star. I ordered three wigs, different styles. They sent me the same three wigs in different lengths. Do not order wigs from this company. If the offer is too good to be true, it is. Just because it comes from Japan doesn't mean the cost is less. I used PayPal to make sure if the deal went sour, I would get my money back. Let's see what PayPal do. If I do not get a full refund, I am discontinuing my relationship with PayPal as well.
