Was looking for a new vehicle.
Went to the Cinch location near Corby unaware of their processes.

Staff very kindly explained how they work, but were happy to help me out.
Went through what I was looking for based on budget and requirements.
Found the perfect car for me.
They then talked me through buying my old vehicle.

The whole process was easy and straightforward, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I will definitely recommend using Cinch to friends and families
Plus I will definitely use them in the future

Really happy with my experience with cinch. The whole process was straightforward and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

I’m really pleased with the car and it was exactly as described. A special mention to Elaine, the cinch driver, who was friendly, helpful and kept me well informed throughout the delivery.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend cinch to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bought a car from Cinch, being a senior buying online wasn't easy for me but a very nice young man at the Corby branch talked me through it....Only problem was on the morning of me picking the car up Cinch phoned and said they had found problem with the car. After short debate I asked for a refund which was in my bank within 2 days. Customer service was really good and glad they found the fault before I picked up the car.

Micheal gave me a really kind and helpful service and provided assistance purchasing my car.
Paul was very kind delivering it. Both have made the experience so stress free and smooth

Travelled to Corby so that we could see and drive the car.
Liked it, bought it and traded in our old reliable Hyundai.
We didn't even get home before the engine warning light came on and worse, because it's the weekend we can't get hold of anybody from Cinch.
Now we're in limbo and unable to use the car.
We're seriously considering returning the car and the Missus is furious as we can't get our old car back.

Absolutely excellent service! From finding a series of cars in their website to test driving them at the local warehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole process was incredibly smooth, including selling them my car. I would 100% recommend!

Cinch I do think they good company, but there prices for a vehicle advertise are misleading, for example it will say £205 pm,then when you get the finance back it can jump up quite a bit.

Really pleased with service & car.. one recommendation.. be good to talk to a sales person & do a video call to inspect car remotely

If I could give cinch 0 stars I would! Today after 8 months of having a major fault the car has finally been rejected by the finance company. I think it is luck of the drawer with cinch but their service and communication is horrendous. Avoid at all costs and whatever you do do not buy a bifuel car from them!

Actually it all went well, but I was disappointed that when the car arrived it had paint overspray on the o/s front tyre that was not shown in the gallery close up picture of that wheel. Couldn't seem to find the right solution menu to notify Cinch. I've only had the car a few days and everything else seems ok.

Fabulous experience from start to finish! Easy collection and part exchange. The electric wing mirror wasnt working properly, this was fixed at my home address under warranty. Thank you!

I recently went to the Cinch Corby warehouse to collect my Mercedes-Benz A-Class. We arrived at around 4:20pm, and after giving the registration number, we were dealt with by Mohammed, who explained the collection process and procedures. He gave us the keys and asked us to inspect the car before coming back to complete the paperwork.

The car itself was what we were expecting, and Mohammed did explain the process. However, there were a couple of things about the experience that I didn’t feel were handled very well.

My wife was taking a video because this was a special moment for us. We had worked hard and saved every penny to make this purchase happen, so collecting our dream car was an important moment that we wanted to document for ourselves. We were told not to record anything. I completely understand that there may be company policies around filming, but I felt this could have been explained more politely, especially as we were simply documenting our own experience and had no intention of sharing anything inappropriate.

When we asked some questions about the car, Mohammed repeatedly said, “I’m not a mechanic.” I understand that he isn’t a mechanic, and I wasn’t expecting him to diagnose anything. However, I felt the questions could have been answered in a more helpful and polite way, or we could simply have been directed to someone who could help.

We also had a question about Apple CarPlay. He tried several wires and cables and checked it, which I appreciated, although we weren’t able to get the reassurance we were hoping for at the time.

On the positive side, I have to mention Mihaela, who helped me over the phone during the buying process. Her customer service was excellent. She explained things very clearly, was helpful, and made the buying process much easier.

Overall, I’m happy with the car, but I feel the customer experience at the Corby collection centre could be improved, particularly in terms of communication and understanding that collecting a new car can be a very special moment for customers.

I have an issue with my first buy on a ford fiesta so i did returned it. However i still, consider buying it again from Cinch because of the wonderful customer service.. if you need assistance theyre just 1 phone callaway and email. Overall its 9/10.. if my 2nd car goes smooth with no hassle its 10/10
Customer service is exceptional and am hoping with my 2nd buy with a Nissan would be smooth and stress-free.

Car purchased through Cinch with expected delivery of 1-6pm. Received a call at 4:45pm to explain that there had been a mechanical issue and damage to the body work, despite it passing quality checks in the morning. Car delivery is now massively delayed with no approximate ETA. I have explained that I require a car for work and due to moving house, they have offered is £125 refund for public transport. Once the car is finally repaired, I still then have to wait another 7 days for delivery again due to availability, rather than it being a priority. I have paid over £200 for a delivery fee, which is not being refunded due to mechanical issues being a typical part of purchasing a car, despite cinch admitting body work damage, which is completely preventable.
It wasn’t until multiple emails later that Cinch acknowledged the poor experience and that it isn’t up to their ‘usual standard’. Overall feels like they haven’t really cared about the fact the car I have purchased has been damaged with them and that I should understand that these things happen when buying a car.
Hugely disappointing experience. If I didn’t need a car urgently for work I would cancel the order and never use cinch again.
