The expert who attended to us was very knowledgeable but the receptionists were sooooo bad. Kinda rude and snobby. Walked in there with my mom, there was no one else there and these girls didn’t greet us or anything. I had to ask if we were in the right place. I don’t know if it’s just the younger generations that don’t get taught any work ethic, or they’re simply just rude, but there is no room for this in a professional setting.
