This company is not easy to contact by phone.When considering this company its a problem contacting them.I have found another as the other company can always be contacted by phone.Better customer service by another provider.

Happy with my items and will most definitely be purchasing for my family members.

Product was less expensive than competitors for equivalent spec. Condition and grading was clear and more objective than competitors (giving a maximum blemish count appreciated in giving us certainty)

Item arrived promptly, (during holiday season shipping surge no less) and near new condition for an “very good” tier product.
Would buy again in future.

The “shop” app for 3rd party tracking DPD delivery status of circle mobile purchases still has some bugs…it tracked my parcel to another city entirely for the given tracking number in “shop” app— but each the DPD app, and call to seller verified address and shipment tracking status correctly.

After doing some research online I chose Circle Mobile to supply me with a used iPhone SE 2020 model. I chose one from their catalogue categorised as Grade A/Excellent at a very competitive price compared to other retailers I had looked at. The phone arrived 2 days after placing my online order by dpd courier and I was kept very well informed of progress by email throughout the dispatch and delivery process. When the phone arrived it was extremely well packaged in a bubble wrap bag inside a sturdy cardboard box. Included with the phone was a brand new charging plug and cable. The phone is in absolutely mint condition with no signs of any wear or tear at all. In fact it could have passed as a brand new phone it was that good and I was delighted! Due to lack of time I was unable to set up the phone before going away on a weeks holiday, however once back I easily transferred all the data over from my old iPhone 6 by paring the 2 phones together and was ready to go in about 15 minutes. Have used the SE for a few days now and it performs faultlessly which is brilliant. Thank you very much to Circle Mobile for their excellent customer service and for providing me with an “as good as new” iPhone SE.

Amazing product my son is going to love it for his birthday!

Wanted to buy my son his first phone so nothing to expensive. And came across this company on my Clearpay app. Originally ordered a iPhone 6s, the contacted me promptly to say unfortunately it wasn’t working upon testing and that I could have a iPhone 7 at a discounted price, Received my phone within 2 days of ordering via dpd, great condition perfect for my son. Had a little problem connecting the sim as I don’t think the phone was unlocked but they sorted the issue out very quickly via email. I’m very please with the service, great company and I will definitely use them in the future
