Hello, my name is Mrs. Delphya Stewart. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the Fairview Heights location. The store was clean and the staff were nice, helpful and friendly. The store manager, Ms. Iola has really turned a junky, cluttered store into a great store for a shopping experience.

I Visited Citi Trends Today, Saturday, January 31st, 2026. It Was Right When They Opened. I Brought My Significant Other With Me And We Shopped For A Few Hours. The Store Was CLEAN,
And We Were Greeted By Vanisha.
[I Hope I Spelled It Right]. She Was Very Polite And Greeted Us Respectfully. On Our Way To Check Out, She Rang Us Up & We Spoke Briefly And She Definitely Was The Perfect Example of A GREAT Worker. She Deserves Recognition For Her Hard Work And For Her Great Interaction with Customers. She Should Also Deserve a Raise in My Opinion. We Need More People Like Her In This World. We Thank You For Providing Outstanding Customer Service To Us., Vanisha.

Previous employee with tourettes mind you. Three days into my new job at Citi Trends and I'm getting overwhelmed with anxiety I'm trying my best since it's been 10 years since my last job. I drop a huge Fk right in front of Ms. T omg. I've made a big mistake by using profanity inside of the store. I'm informed that I can lose my job. Day four I'm beat mentally,day 5 I get the energy to go let my manager know that I won't be returning. I was given such wonderful words of encouragement from everyone. I really appreciate the 3 days of experience and Ms Wendy thanks for teaching me merchandising.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH CITI TRENDS WAS UNSATISFACTORY DUE TO POOR COMMUNICATION AND POTENTIAL THEFT. I PLACED TWO SHIRTS ON LAYAWAY, MADE PAYMENTS AND RETURNED TO COLLECT MY ITEMS. HOWEVER, THE STAFF INCORRECTLY CLAIMED THAT I HAD NO LAYAWAY ACCOUNT EXCEPT FOR ONE TWO YEARS PRIOR. UPON PRODUCING THE RECEIPT, I WAS DENIED A REFUND. I FOUND IT CONCERNING THAT THE STAFF'S ENGLISH PROFICIENCY WAS LIMITED, PARTICULARLY IN LIBERTY CITY. ADDITIONALLY, I OBSERVED A LACK OF DIVERSITY AMONG THE STORE'S EMPLOYEES, WITH NO AFRICAN AMERICAN PRESENT. THE FACT THAT CUSTOMERS MAY HAVE THEIR LAWAYS UNRECORDED RAISES CONCERNS AND I QUESTION WHY MY LAYWAY WAS NOT DOCUMENTED DESPITE MY PAYMENTS.

No greeting or how are you when checking out. Need help in this area. Poor customer service. Product on the floor and disorganized.

It is very horrible that trends will not allow customers to try on clothes in the fitting room before buying. I had to take unnecessary trips back to the store only because they are not allowing people to try on clothes and having them guess the size of different clothing. They should also have a much better variety of women's pants and stretch pants.

I Used to worked at cititrends in bear Delaware the Store Manager tishanay williams drug abuse me she was harassing Me everyday at work she attacked me in cititrends parking lot on her day off and she had her under age children in the car the kids was left unattended without any adult in the car with them tishanay williams selling drugs in the building during working hours she is a drugdealer manager drug abuse employees she races unprofessional very nasty disrespectful to employees and customers she been tapping my phone since January 2024 she wrongful terminated me for wht she did to me she is the one who did me wrong she needs to be terminated from the company nobody wants to go shop in a drugdealer store where manager she unprofessional and nasty.Tishanay williams about to face charges for Harrassment and tapping my phone I addressed this issues few times unfortunately HR not doing anything so law enforcement and legal actions about to happen.TISHANAY WILLIAMS CITITRENDS STORE MANAGER IN BEAR DELAWARE NEEDS TO STOP TAPPING MY PHONE AND POSTING AND SHARED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA.THIS STORE MANAGER TISHANAY WILLIAMS WILL CASE THIS STORE AT THE BEAR LOCATION TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HER NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR SHE NEEDS MEDICAL ATTENTION SHE SICK IN HER HEAD TISHANAY WILLIAMS CITITRENDS STORE MANAGER IS A PROFESSIONAL DRUGDEALER AT CITITRENDS!!!!!!!

Me acaban de estafar con el nombre de esta empresa Citi Trends, me contactaron por wp, y luego por telegram,iban haciendo inversión la cual depositaban y así un monto mayor, hoy no pude retirar todo lo invertido. Perdí no solo mi dinero si no $. NO CAIGAN EN ESTAS ESTAFAS!! Tengo mucha bronca e impotencia. Espero puedan tomar medidas. Gracias!

Me pasó como ya comentaron contacto por whatsapp y luego derivan a telegram. Entregan pequeñas recompensas por tareas, luego piden hacer compras en este sitio "trendss vip" q copia los logos de Citi Trends al principio se puede reinvertir las ganancias pero van cambiando las reglas hasta que llega un momento que se debe enviar más dinero que el que se recibió, con la promesa de obtener una gran recompensa. Recomendación, retirarse con un mínimo de ganancias

Totalmente defraudada te enganchan jugando con la necesidad cuando nunca ganas y a su vez lo poco q ganas se lo tenés q seguir depositando y así con espera d comisiones siempre es más y cuando cumplir más actividades más plata. Jugar en Argentina con la necesidad de la gente no selo te hace estafador te hace desagradable como persona lamento todo el quipo q acompaña esto

Quería comunicar a las personas que lean este texto !!,( y a los representantes ) de esta compania que me siento muy defraudado y con mucha bronca e impotencia hacer hacer saber que (CITI TRENDS), ( se comunicaron con migo y👉a medida que iva ganando plata con ellos. ,te pedían que lo ganado después horas y atención dispuesta a tener esas ganancias ,!.. te pedían y piden que inviertes todo!! lo ganado y encima para ganar más money tenés que aportar más cantidad de de dinero , jajja y lo que ganas tenés que dárselos y encima poner cada ves!! más !!Plata, ( y si no tenes lo que te pide que aportes como ellos dicen (segunda tarea) , lo que le tranferiste que fue todo lo que ganaste en todo este tiempo NO!! Shopping at Citi trends is my favorite place to shop they have everything ladies bags , shoes dresses outfits jewelry perfume an more one thing missing can you possibly put a store in Redbank, South Carolina there are no clothing stores for miles except Walmart 100,% you will get large amount customer can look into this 🙏
