Overall a good experience. Some communication issues that caused some redundancy in providing the information required, but overall a good transaction and was able to close within the timeframe given. They should probably be a little more upfront about the additional processing fees that are incurred on top of the points and interest.

Easy close from start to finish. Jacquelyn and Dianabel were responsive and made sure everything was ready to go for our closing (which had a very short closing period). Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The Conditions needed to be cleared before to go to the appraisal

Second Thing:
The BPO not is good for the borrower the benefit only for Civic Financial Services more equity take
Need change the appraisal policy and go back to the normal appraisal report.

First loan experience with Civic, but not first experience with the account rep I worked with. 1:1 say-do ratio, and the right amount of communication - I heard from them when something was needed, but communication was concise and only what I needed to know. Two sticky points involving insurance and source of funds that had been problematic with another lender were easily handled with Civic - I appreciated it all around!

I will recommend this company to others, in fact my first one is already in mind.
