they have you put money in with them and they will find one find to banned. and the email is so bad you be lucky to get one back. DO NOT USE THEM. they are on life support. they lost their date hub and can not find a new one.

I purchased Buzz points using USDC on Base network via Peer/Revolut. The transaction was confirmed on-chain (BaseScan TX: 0x259f402169d62c23faf8994c36bc84c7d651f0fef2056a759084a95ecb6efdb0) and $ was successfully sent to their deposit address. Despite the payment being fully confirmed on the blockchain over a day ago, my account still shows zero Buzz and "No deposits yet". I contacted support immediately (2 times already) with all proof and received no response whatsoever. This is not an isolated case – their Trustpilot score of 1.7/5 with 78% 1-star reviews shows a clear pattern of taking payments and failing to deliver. Avoid giving them money until their payment crediting system and support actually work... AND THEY LEARN TO ANSWER THE MAILS!!!

Poor support. case is ignored for almost two weeks, you have to go to there discord server to get help. They complain there is too many cases over 700! they skim past the notes and don't even take time for the issue! they made one problem into two! Be warned!

Update: CivitAI no longer allows me to upload any ai generated images after I was flagged as a scammer, I can no longer buy buzz anymore unless I use Crypto currency.

I’ve been a long‑time supporter of CivitAI — Gold subscriber, donor, and someone who regularly purchased Yellow Buzz to support smaller creators.

Despite that, CivitAI’s new automated moderation system falsely flagged my account as a scammer simply for donating to creators and sending short messages appreciating their work.

After that flag, the entire platform effectively stopped interacting with me:
> - creators no longer reply to messages
> - comments are ignored
> - donations get instantly refunded
> - support won’t respond

It feels like being silently blacklisted by the very system I financially supported.

Once the AI moderator mislabeled me, the community treated me like a threat instead of a supporter.

CivitAI needs to address the harm caused by false moderation flags, especially when it alienates the people who help fund the platform.

I was genuinely scammed out of 10 bucks because of how they obfuscate what you're actually buying when you sign up.

This platform appears to be deliberately tiering its users. Individual accounts face different sets of rules for accessing resources, and certain assets are intentionally hidden from discovery. I verified this by testing across multiple accounts.

The overall user experience is poor, with frequent system glitches and unreliable functionality. In its struggle to monetize, the site has adopted a series of shortsighted policies and mechanisms that undermine usability. The team’s attitude comes across as arrogant and dismissive, showing little willingness to engage with or listen to community feedback.

Übernacht wurde ich von einem Erwachsenen zum Kind herunter gestuft. Nur weil ich keinen Bock habe mit Bitcoin zuzahlen. Meine 114Buzz die noch auf meinen Konto waren, und eure Bitcoin könnt ihr euch wo hin stecken. Habe meinen Account gelöscht. Kann eure Seite auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, denn wenn man so bevormundet und gezwungen wird nur mit Bitcoin um die Seite voll nutzen zu können, dann eben nicht. Gibt noch andere Seiten und Anbieter.
Und die bieten wenigsten alternative Zahlungsmöglichkeiten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Civitai lists MoonPay as a payment option for "Europe" with NO warning that it doesn't work in all European countries.

I'm in Serbia – a European country. I trusted their info and paid $57 through MoonPay. What happened:

MoonPay accepted my payment, then I found out their app is NOT available in Serbia

My $57 is now stuck in a wallet I cannot access

MoonPay support ran me in circles for 6+ hours and refused to help

Civitai support IGNORES my complaints

When I contacted Civitai to warn them about their misleading "Europe" label, they did not respond. They don't care that their payment info cost me real money.

All they need is a simple disclaimer: "MoonPay app may not be available in all European countries – check before purchasing." But they refuse to add it.

If you're in Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia, or any smaller European country – DO NOT use Civitai's MoonPay option. You will lose your money.

Civitai – fix your payment info or at least answer your users. Ignoring complaints doesn't make the problem go away.

very easy to get banned and lose paid for website currency for image generation. They don't even show you the reason you got banned.

The site does not work at all. Problems with training, problems with generation - useless help wiki and no support at all!
It is a waste of money and time!

My account was deleted because I put 'mature' into the negative prompt. I contacted support and they refused to reinstate my account and permanently deleted it. I wasn't even trying to generate anything against their TOS is the crazy part.

they banned me vithot notice or a email what is happend and why, but they keep my creation on website. So i feel that is some political discrimination, maybe them problem iam Jewish..

They keep turning good free functions, into paid functions, and I'm sick and tired of it.

Banned out of the blue. No warning. No reason given.

UPDATE: Have send them an email asking why on 30th november. I received an automatic response email.
But, so far, on 7th december: no reaction.

It's a mess. They change their rules all the time and then ban you without proper explanation. When you ask about it and you are lucky enough that they answer, they give you a vague excuse. It's completely arbitrary, depending on their mood, i guess. When you ask for facts they don't react anymore. It used to be good, now it seems to be managed by retarded mafiosi. Don't give them any of your money, it's a waste. You will pay, they will not like what you make and they will ban you. They will constantly delete your images without proper explanation and then ban you for having to delete your images. There is absolutely no proper communication between them and their members. Being banned after 2 years and thousands of generations without proper reason sucks.
UPDATE:
They block your email address not to have to read your emails. First time i did send them my request for explanation i received an automatic response back that they would look into it. They don't answer and when you try to send them another email there is no more an automatic response.
Conclusion:they block your emails.
