No show , not responsive …
I have ordered a pair of chesterfield armchairs, and have only heard from CK twice. I made the order in the second week of June, and have not received much feedback or responses since. I am moving g house and this has delayed the dispatch of other items that were to be delivered together. I need to refund the order given the CK sofas management are not given me any idea when the items will be ready.

I recently purchased the Clapham 3 and…
I recently purchased the Clapham 3 and 2 seater sofa set along with a footstool from CK Sofa Inc, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Although my delivery was delayed by a few days, Alex was absolutely fantastic throughout—keeping me updated, putting my mind at rest, and even arranging a video call with the manufacturer to show me everything was on track. Truly above and beyond service!
The delivery driver was equally impressive—so polite and professional, and he managed to carry the entire sofa set in by himself with such care.
As for the sofa itself… wow. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The fabric is stunning, the padding is unbelievably comfortable, and the overall quality feels like something you’d expect at double the price. The value is genuinely mind-blowing.
All I can say is a massive THANK YOU to CK Sofa Inc. You’ve got a very happy customer here!

The sofa I ordered wasn’t what was…
The sofa I ordered wasn’t what was described. I had to wait 3 weeks for it to be picked up. They’ve now had it back for 4 weeks and I still haven’t had my refund. They’ve have been ignoring my messages and when the do answer they say a manager will call me and nobody ever replies. Terrible customer services. Not sure on reviews. They changed their name earlier this year from Couchek and if you look at their reviews you will see what kind of real reviews they get.
Update. I have checked our credit card and it has definitely not gone through. Also you say you’re nothing to do with Couchek. Why is your WhatsApp business group called Couchek.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret any frustration caused.
We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. Your sofa was a bespoke order made in a fabric of your personal choice. While there were some discrepancies in the measurements, we apologised immediately and offered a replacement within the week.
When you chose to return the sofa instead, we accepted the return without hesitation. Unfortunately, it took 3 weeks to collect as we did not have any scheduled delivery routes in your area during that period. However, as soon as the item was collected, your refund was issued the very next working day. Proof of this refund was also sent to you.
You had also paid for the removal of your old sofa, and although this service was fulfilled, we refunded that amount as a gesture of goodwill.
If the funds are still not showing in your account, we kindly ask that you contact your card issuer, as we have confirmed that the refund was successfully processed from our end.
We would also like to address the mention of “Couchek.” We are not associated with any previous businesses by that name. We started trading this year and purchased a few previously existing domains.
Our management team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction and we will do everything we possibly can to make sure any issues get sorted out as soon as possible.

Good communication after I ordered…
Good communication after I ordered right through to the delivery when on the day I was receiving updates direct from the drivers. The delivery guys were very helpful delivering into position. The sofa was just as I had ordered and very pleased.

Great quality low prices
I’ve always been sceptical about buying a sofa from anywhere other than the big well known retailers, however I went to look round the warehouse and picked a colour and sofa I liked they made it to measure to exactly what we needed and the quality is fantastic. Would highly recommend
