Jane is committed to ensuring that when I was advised she would call she did. This was with regular updates with the progress with the claim. This occurred even when there had been no movement from the insurance company. Telephone communication was always followed up with an email. The service Jane provides is trustworthy and of a high standard. Thank you

My contact with your company was Jennifer Dorn. Jen was amazing. She went out of her way to put me at ease, and made the process very smooth. I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at the beginning, I'd already done some repairs after being turned down by CGU and I thought the whole process might very well be a waste of time, but the insurance money is in the bank and the repair process will begin soon. I know it was a team effort and I'm very thankful to everybody involved. Thank you very much Jen - you're a bloody marvel!

It took over 12 months to finish the claim

From the minute we were in communication with ClaimsCo, we were assured by Adeline the support person assigned to our claim that we were not to worry as we were going to be guided through the process and would be well looked after. We have to say that turned out be the absolute truth. There were testing times as the insurance co discussed things but we need not have been concerned. As Adeline took the lead and managed the interactions, keeping us well informed and in the end leading us to a successful outcome. Well done Adeline and the ClaimsCo team as a whole

Corina was very helpful, kept us in the loop through the process and advocated for us.

Claims Co secured a review of the original result of a Roof inspection decision and on the further inspections came to agreement of a much higher degree of damage and consequently a replacement of the Roof was agreed too

Montana at Claims Co has worked tirelessly to get us the best possible outcome for a very complex claim. Her communication and knowledge is second to none.

Gabriel led me through the whole process so calmly and effortlessly. Great communication and explanations about the insurance claim procedure. I was preoccupied with some family health issues and he was so supportive and reassuring throughout that time. I never felt pressured into making any hasty decisions and he was very patient. We now wait for our repairs to begin and I am extremely pleased with the outcome thanks to Gabriel.
