Brilliant service. Got PCR test results same day like I requested, very friendly staff - Highly recommend.

Inspire confidence
Used these for test to release yesterday. Impressive, efficient testing. Had form ready, in and out in 5 minutes. Medium pricing. Used same day service as have a commitment today. Results arrived 00.22 - slightly late. Whole outfit inspires confidence and much better than their rather basic website. Best private PCR testers I have found so far, in a field full of dodgy providers.

Very disappointed with their service
Very disappointed with their service
I have paid in advance for day 5 test
And results came in day 10
I made a complaint to their office and the guy called Steve he said the will refund some of the money you paid for the test
And today the lady who own the company she refused to do that.

Antwoord van Claret Diagnostics
This gentleman purchased a home kit for day 5 and returned his swab sample in a priority mailbox on Saturday before a bank holiday. Consquently Royal Mail did not pick up his swab from the mailbox until Tuesday and we received it wednesday. This person called on the wednesday and staff went out of their way to inform him that his swab had arrived at about 14:00 that day and his results were isuued the very next day. We always advise our customers to keep in mind when purchasing home kits that we are reliant on royal mail to deliver them and receive them back to us. we can only process a sample once we receive it back to the clinic and cannot control the royal mail service! We apologise that this has been a bad experience simply due to the fact that that sample was posted before in the weekend before a bank holiday.
Very helpful and professional
A very helpful and professional company. I had a problem with misunderstanding part of the procedure when returning into the UK. The agent sorted everything for me over the telephone. I would recommend Claret Diagnostics and will be using them again myself if required.
