Really friendly staff and very helpful! Thank you

Wanted to give a quick but absolutely necessary review about Clark’s shop in Bangor.
We were served by Sam. One of the shop assistants who was very obliging and very helpful. He was quick to offer friendly advice and was very polite to my 6 year old who at the best of times is a little too curious!
We were sorted in less than 20 minutes, and I was very happy with the service. Thank you Sam!

Always excellent service st Clarks in Bangor, Gwynedd

Sharon at the Bangor store was fantastic. Really helped with our twins, one is autistic. North Wales would be lost without the Bangor store.

Sam made sure that I got the exact shoes I needed for my purchase. The hospitality was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for an easier hopping experience. Thanks again to Sam I’m very happy with my purchase

Very busy store, but excellently organised. Not too long to wait until Sam helped both girls with measuring and choosing new shoes. Very polite and helpful during a clearly very busy time!

Excellent service today at Clarks Bangor. Cora was very efficient and good with my twins who needed school shoes. She answered my questions and reassured me on a couple of queries regarding width etc. A quick and hassle-free visit, many thanks!

Lovely people and helpful

After my old sandals broke I urgently had to find new ones. All of the staff here was super nice and helpful. Trin showed me many different options in my size and I found shoes that I really like. The service is great and the price fair. I can only recommend this place.

I was looking for a pair of black sandals , not too clumpy to wear with a black dress , Sharon was assisting me, all the sandals were not quite what I wanted . After trying quite a few pairs of sandals that she was bringing downstairs for me to try on ,nothing suited , she saved the pair that suited my needs to the last , she listened to me and knew what I was looking for , peasant personality , nothing too much trouble , I would have been leaving the shop without purchasing sandal if it wasn’t for Sharon , so a big thank you ,

My little one had been fighting getting new shoes... the lady at Clarks measured and went the extra mile to find shoes my little one was comfortable in. We walked away with great new shoes; thank you!

Shoes were.light to wear.so conftable.that u didnt know you were wearing shoes.shoe colour was nice and shiny.

Went to Clarks on Bangor (Gwynedd) high St. Popped in for daughter's school shoes. She can be very difficult to buy for mainly as she has wide feet. After several attempts with dofferent designs and fit we finally got the pair she liked and fitted extremley well. The staff were fantastic. So helpful. In particular one of the staff named Trinity was exceptional. So patient with a child and understanding. Finding alternative solutions with heel pads etc. She was very helpful in finding the right pair. We would certainly go back knowing the staff were brilliant.
