The girls were really helpfull although the measurement were incorrect..i dont know if is the linear they use or it is poor training..they measure my daughter foot with 2 size over until I showed her the space on the back of the shoes …overall satisfied!

And was given first class service from walking into the branch and was greeted by a lady and asked what help was needed , received a number and was approached by Shabnam T who introduced herself and measured my daughter feet and we selected two shoes and bought a pair .Her service was excellent and her smile just beautiful. Dealing with customers isn’t easy but you have a star sales person and I would recommend any of my family when visiting Brent Cross Clarks to always ask for her .
I also spoke to the store manager and what a lovely lady .
Excellent service and very clean store .

1st Pair of shoes was different shades of brown. The replacement pair, one shoe had marks all round had to return. Finally third time round the pair of shoes was brillant. Customer Service at Brent Cross was excellent but the warehouse team should check the pair before dilvering to customer/store. Attention to detail would go a long way to ensure customer saisfaction.

We visited Clark’s today to get my son’s feet measured and buy new shoes. We were served by Imraan who was absolutely wonderful. He was helpful in explaining which shoes would be suitable for our son, kind and patient with him and just had such a lovely way about him. He’s a testament to the company and deserves a raise!

Online Purchased a nightmare - AVOID like the plague!!!

I bought some sandals in August and had to return as they didn't fit. I am still awaiting a refund for one pair.

I had a gift voucher which was much appreciated for terrible service prior (if you think I'm 'one of these complainers' forget it, I'm not!) and I ordered some shoes in the sale to use the gift voucher. The shoes were £32 so i used the voucher plus debit card for the balance.

After having read a review on the sandals it was pretty clear they wouldn't fit my foot so I tried to cancel the order. I was told this wasn't possible. So, I drove quite a way to get to the store. I was happy to have the refund+voucher or happy to exchange for something else in store. Guess what.... I was told this was NOT POSSIBLE. I was told that I could NOT exchange them as the value of the gift card was not showing up and i would only get £7 back out of the £32.
This is ridiculous. The manager who was nice said he had no authority to override this nonsense. Of course I should have been able to exchange for something else of the same value. He saw my purchase receipt so he knew exactly what I had spent.
I tried to ring customer services whilst in store twice. once for 39 mins and once for 18 mins and noone answered.
After emailing customer services, I have since heard from them that i will get the voucher back but not yet about my refund from 16th August.
Just don't bother getting involved with buying anything online from Clarks. Go to NEXT - they are fantastic!!!
Get your act together Clarks.... totally unacceptable every step of the way.

Item was delivered in a timely fashion. It looked as depicted on the internet. Unfortunately when ordering shoes without the possibility of actually trying them on, there is always the prospect of having to return them due to the fit.
