Quality shoes, reasonably priced and delivered as promised on time for the start of school.

Excellent service, I needed a wider for my child’s school shoes which had to be ordered. The process wasn’t easy as I had an e gift voucher which I couldn’t use online. The manager in the kids department assisted me and she was brilliant, she managed to order the shoes and get them delivered to my home. Thanks so much Clark’s.

I was told by staff in Bromley store, I could return my Outlet shoes in store. My son decided on another pair of shoes in store. I asked explicitly can I return the outlet shoes in store. Response was ‘yes as long as you have the receipt with the bar code’. Brought them in, to be told they cannot be returned in store.

Absolutely outstanding service by Antonella. She was patient with my teenage son who was being a classic teenager!Her help and advice guided us to a great fit with an insole. We tried several styles and width fitting and she showed good humour and a lot of knowledge. Can’t be recommended enough.

We were served by Klaidus in the Bromley store who was so kind to my three daughters and served us so efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for him, thank you!

I visited the Bromley branch with the intention of purchasing some tan footwear.
The staff member, Bernadette, was very helpful and pleasant throughout and even though the colour was not available, I left with another style.

I was served by Antonella, who from the outset was very helpful, professional and friendly. Most importantly, she was very patient with me as I asked to try different sizes and found that both were too tight due to the shape of my feet. She suggested a comparable alternative in a wider fit. Very pleased with my purchase and with the experience.

when to clarks first knowing that was the best quality to trust and styles available from my previous experience

the lady that assisted me was called Mounira and she worked like a fairy godmother and found the exact shoe i was dreaming of but the edition was even better and found the perfect fit and soo glad she didnt get anoyed by me asking to go back and forth from stock for models and sizes, her manor was everso comforting ,

Visit the Bromley store on Monday the 15th of July and was served from Mounira who showed to be very kind, helpful and gave us the time to choose the best school shoes for our son.She was very professional and will definitely come back very soon.
