We were served by Becca at the Cambridge store on a very busy Tuesday afternoon in the summer hols full of frantic parents buying school shoes. Becca was efficient and helpful and thanks to her and the team we were in and out in a timely manner - much to the delight of my 5 year old boy who didn’t have much enthusiasm for shoe shopping!

It was super nice and the shoes were really comfy. I had the best service ever in a Clark’s shop. All of the staff were friendly, engaging, helpful, alert and happy.

Bought new school shoes for 5yo grandaughter. Excellent fitting service from Juan. Patent Magic Key shoes look great but most importantly, they’re an excellent fit. Juan was so careful in fitting and served us promptly and well.

The staff were very helpful, especially Nikola who measured my feet, advised me about shoe sizes and shapes. She knows her job and I got exactly the shoes I needed.

Daniel in the Cambridge store was great, very attentive and perfect customer service - and he was great with my toddler! Can’t wait to come back

My very non specific “something flat, black and comfortable to work in” was met with lots of choices. I was not sure of my size - and I really don’t like shoe shopping, I’ve got big feet and can never find anything nice!
Anya was welcoming, helpful and patient. I even went off for a wander and she put my shoes behind the till while I had a think about them. I understand she’s only been there a week - thank you! Great customer service 😊

We went to the Cambridge store today to get shoes for our 18 month year old. The staff, particularly Sue, were great with her, bringing her a balloon and keeping her calm.

I visited the cambridge store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.
The store itself was clean, tidy and well presented. I was acknowledged by a staff member who took me to the children's shoe area. He passed me to Sarah (who had only been thete a week, yet acted like she had worked there much longer).
A professional friendly girl who helped my daughter choose school shoes and trainers. (We only went in for one pair but Sarah told us about an offer, plus there were so many lovely shoes to choose from)
Sarah also gave me a card to guarantee the shoe size for the next 3 months!!
Sarah thank you for making what is normally a nightmare such an easy shop.

We had excellent friendly service and advice from Sue - and came away with exactly what we wanted, properly fitted.

Great and quick service. We were helped by Sue at the Cambridge shop. She was really helpful and found shoes and trainers for Elsie (10). She fitted Elsie's shoe size carefully. We are very happy with the service

Daniel at the Cambridge store provided excellent customer service, advising on shoe-fitting for my toddler. He was very friendly and patient with our wriggly two-year old.

Great customer service from Maisie and Masih in Cambridge store. Masih was new and still learning to measure feet but had a lovely manner with the children and encouraged my daughter to walk in her new shoes. Thanks

Visited Cambridge store today. Served by Poorya who was polite, friendly and helpful.Ensured that I had a good try on and walk around the store to help make my mind up.
The store itself is tidy, well laid out and feels spacious. All made for a great shopping experience

Store staff was very warm and helpful in finding the right size. Amber and an indian guy served me.
I really liked a shoe but it was a bit loose despite it was my size. Amber suggested me to use some insoles. Both of them were so cheerful. Loved visiting the store.
I love Clarks and I live in the Netherlands. Every time I visit the UK i buy a few. I hope you guys open stores here too.

Went into the store today looking for new work shoes. I have very sensitive feet so finding shoes can be really difficult for me. Alex served me today and was so helpful. Looking around for different shoes that might be appropriate for me, no trouble having loads of shoes out to try, showed me different options on the iPad. He made something that can normally be quite stressful for me, very stress free. Thank you very much. Highly recommended the store and Alex to others.
