Went shopping for my son’s school shoes and was looked after brilliantly by Lynda at the Clapham branch. She was friendly and patient throughout despite the store being busy with parents last minute shopping the day before school started. I received great advice on shoe sizing as his feet grow and what to look out for. She also told me about the discount going on trainers bought with school shoes which I took advantage of to make sure he’s well kitted-out for the rest of the year. Great service and glad to see Clark’s still has people maintaining that standard - not easy to find these days.

I came in to get my baby a first pair of shoes. The ladies - one of them called Lynda - were so helpful and very sweet to my baby making her feel comfortable when measuring her feet and trying shoes for the first time. We bought a lovely pair of shoes!

Bought a new pair of shoes that were not a perfect fit. Lynda was super helpful and friendly. She explained the different types of insoles to me and introduced me to other cushioning pads that didn't know existed. She was patient with me and and a result I have a perfect fitting new shoes!
