The staff were very helpful measuring my child's feet and making sure she was comfortable in her new.shoes.
Mubanga was a new member of staff and did an excellent job explaining every step of the process.
My daughter is very happy with her new school shoes.

The girl who served me was fantastic with her broad smile.Her name is Anjali(Anj)very polite and helpful.My shopping for my daughter was very easy.

Short wait despite the shop being busy for pre-term school shoe shoppers. Patient and helpful service from Aqeelah.

Matthew was patient and explained the options carefully.

Shanell was very attentive and patient with my daughter offering great advice and taking time to make sure the shoes were well adjusted and fitted well.

Great experience at Clarks Croydon. We didnt have to wait too long. We were served by Jayda, who was friendly and helpful and took into account my child's need as he has hearing loss. Thanks Jayda 😀

I visited the Croydon store today and the assistant (Shanell) was very helpful and had alot of knowledge. I always have great service in the Croydon store the staff are always welcoming .

Very warm and friendly and accommodate my needs

Sarah was very professional, she quickly spotted us checking toddler and pre-walker shoes. She confirmed what we were after and arranged for a member of staff to attend to us. Mimi was diligent in her measuring for a baby who kept moving her legs out of the way and taught us how to check how well the shoe fits. Both Sarah and Mimi were professional, likeable and personable.

She was helpful ,kind and understanding which I think is a good perk to being an employee at Clark’s. The experience was fine and relaxed and she was more easy to talk to about what type of shoes a wanted.

Ashwika was brilliant and absolutely lovely helping me and my niece. She not o lay got the size right for my niece but helped us pick out shoes as well. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Ateena was really helpful. I came in with my 20 month old and she was brilliant at speaking to him and making it a fun experience.

Though it was very busy due to the back to school rush it was still a pleasant experience. We were served by Priscilla who was lovely and efficient :) There was also colouring for the kids to do to keep them occupied while they waited.

I visited Clarks in Croydon to buy school shoes for my two children and was served by Shenel and her supervisor (as Shenel was training). She was very friendly and was lovely with both my children. She listened to what I wanted in a school shoe and gave me great recommendations. The fitting was very thorough and she changed the shoes a few time to make sure they had ones that fitted correctly. I was very pleased with how we were served and feel that she is a credit to the store!

Visited Clark’s in Croydon to buy school shoes.
My son has ADHD and hates wearing shoes at the best of times.
Ateeba was our assistant, she was AMAZING!!
So kind, patient and felt like she totally understood him.
She made our shopping experience stress free and even fun. She encouraged him to run and jump wearing his new shoes which was exactly what he needed. Rather than standing or walking.
We even managed to buy trainers aswell..!!!
