Gerry and the rest of the staff at the Grafton Street store in Dublin were very friendly, helpful and accommodating - wonderful customer service. Found some great shoes in my size that I love. Really good experience! Thank you.

Last month my husband and I were visiting Dublin and the airlines lost our luggage. We needed new shoes since it was raining and we packed our boots. Although the store was super busy, Charlotte helped us out tremendously!! She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient . In fact she was so good, we ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes! Charlotte definitely came to our rescue- she was our Shoe Angel that day and we definitely needed one. Thank you Charlotte!

I had a really positive experience in Clarks Grafton Street recently. Grace served me and she was absolutely excellent. She managed several customers at once while still making everyone feel looked after and never rushed. She brought out multiple sizes and styles for me to try and even suggested options that weren’t on display to give me more choice.

She struck the perfect balance of being friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without ever being pushy. It’s rare to get customer service that genuinely stands out these days and she was fantastic. A real credit to the store.

Great service and help in finding an alternative to the shoes I was interested in that weren’t in stock. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very complimentary when I tried on the shoes. Instead of the one pair I intended to buy, I bought 3 pairs to take back to Australia with me. Webber was a great help and very knowledgeable regarding sizing and styles.

Webber in the Grafton St store was super patient and helpful when trying to find shoes for grandma and two energetic kids. Thank you for the great customer service.

My only caveat for the store is that the offering for kids is very limited.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Clarks shoe store on Crafton Street in Dublin! I'd especially like to commend the sales assistant, Gerry. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and took plenty of time to help me choose. His advice was honest and professional – you could immediately tell he was passionate about his job. Thanks to him, we found several pairs that fit perfectly. Highly recommended, We'll definitely be back!

Marine in Grafton Street (Dublin) was extra helpful.
Came to buy the groom's wedding shoes, she understood our needs (groom needs wide fit), and suggested the care products.
We both are foreigners (Italian and French) so needed extra help with the size conversion, but she was fantastic and solved all, real smooth.
