Clark's at Affinity Devon is our go to for kids school shoes.
Staff are really great with kids and make it lots of fun as well as taking great care and time to get the right fit.

Visited with my 9 year old son last month as he needed some new shoes to see him through to the end of the school year. Luke M couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, keeping my son engaged whilst measuring his feet and allowing him to run to test the squeaky shoes! Everything was explained in a way it was easy for me to understand, and I am so grateful we got such a lovely service, it made the experience so much better than expected and I was surprised we managed to get in and out so quickly as my son is normally quite difficult to deal with when shopping. Wont hesitate to return the next time we need more shoes! Thank you a million times Luke!

Jane at the Fleetwood store was super helpful and saved us money too! She was really approachable, really friendly and when I couldn’t find any school shoes for my daughter that she liked in her wise Jane suggested looking in womenswear and with a 20% promotion pointed out that they wouldn’t be far off the price of school shoes. She then got us another 10% off by asking for me email!! Really lovely lady.

Thank you again to Sarah Luke and Jane at the Fleetwood 3014 branch on freeport for yet again sorting out Kathleen shoes. Kathleen is a disabled lady and on holiday from Warwick, she can struggle to get in some shops in her wheelchair but this store is wheelchair friendly.
During her last holiday early in the summer she got sandals for this shop and was so professionally handled she promise to go back , this time she got some very comfortable trainers and yet again the staff was fantastic , she will return she said and good luck to you Sarah and your new adventures in the Blackpool store we will pop in and see you 👍

Visited Clarks at Fleetwood Freeport today for the obligatory back to school shoes! Luke instantly greeted us, offered my 9 year old a fitting, was friendly and super helpful throughout our visit. He checked over the shoes we picked to make sure they fit well and honestly couldn't have done enough for us. Then Asa served us at the till and was really polite and friendly. Absolutely top notch service!

Great service at Freeport (3014) today. Caoimhe was professional, friendly and took her time to ensure my little boy got a well fitting pair of school shoes.

Planned it mid week so I knew there wouldn’t be queues outside like previous years, straight in to measure all three kids feet. Served by Joe S and he was lovely and chatty with the kids, found common interests (football) and away they went. Only needed one pair of shoes and he took us straight to what we would have wanted, not too many options and nothing new from last year which is a shame but expected in an outlet I suppose; however we still managed to find a pair different to last years that we both liked.

After working in a shoe store myself as a teenager I’m aware of the upsell of accessories/polish etc and unfortunately I didn’t need any on this trip but credit to Joe his upsell was smooth, informative and none pushy whilst looking at the shoes instead of the at the till and then just checked at the till if I was interested. I liked it, didn’t feel salesman but he’d done his job well.

I was really impressed with the quick and helpful service given to me at the Clark’s store affinity Lancashire when going in to get my baby girl’s feet measured and fitted with her first pair of shoes. Asa was incredibly polite and helpful whilst sorting her feet and correct shoe type out. He also knew how to do his job role very well as I’d had my little girls feet measured a few days before and they were measured incorrectly - so thankfully I didn’t buy any shoes that day. He’s a credit to the store and then I was served at the till by Luke and he too was so friendly and professional. It was a wonderful and exciting day for us on a whole and the fabulous staff were the icing on top of the cake so to speak. I would definitely recommend customers visiting Clark’s and in need of advice and help to search out for these two staff if they are there that day. Thanks again Asa and Luke 😊

Clean store with easy access for a pushchair. The very helpful assistant, Joe, was great with our toddler. Measuring her feet and checking the shoes were a good fit was an easy experience. Got two great pairs of shoes for her.Would recommend.

Clarks Outlet Freeport
I have always been a Clarks fan. Saw the sale was on and was looking for some new trainers. I normally take a size 4 but in some needed a 4.5.
Ellena the assistant was very helpful finding sizes and colours for me to try on. I didn’t feel rushed and must have tried at least 12 pairs on. In the end I purchased 4 pairs of trainers and waterproof shoes for winter. Thank you Ellena

Special shout out to asa who measured my daughter’s feet for her first pair of shoes . Made a memorable experience super easy and special . He was brilliant!

Asa (Joel) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us find a pair of sandals for our disabled daughter who needed different size shoes to go over her AFO
He was really good with all of our children and a real credit to Clark’s

Today we went to get my baby boys first pair of shoes. We were greeted by luke at the fleetwood store. He was really good with my little boy, taking his time and was really caring towards him. He explained about the shoes and what was best for the stage he is at. He allowed us time to think and talk amongst ourselves and make the decision which was right for us. He was just genuinely a nice person who made the experience so much better. Its a big step getting your first child's first shoes so the fact he was so friendly and helpful just made it so much better! We got the box for his first shoes to be kept in which is just great! Just want to say a massive thank you to luke for looking after us and helping us choose the correct shoes! We will be back! Thank you! Ps all the staff were lovely also!

My husband has mobility problems has to have his shoes built up ,high instep makes buying boots very difficult and stressful.but Sarah Jane at fleetwood store knew exactly what he needed was very patient while he tried them on very pleasant she made the whole experience less stressful and I can’t thank her enough .
