Sold me a conditioning balm for my partners shoes that was unsuitable for Nubuck. Failed to answer my email regarding another complaint.

Stick to M&S for your footwear.

Hi Danielle I do not have the order number, it was purchased in store for £8. I have no receipt, but it shows on my bank account the date/time so I am sure it will be able to be traced.
The girls that were working opened it informing that it was really difficult to open then I got it home and read it before putting it near the boots.

Email still not arrived its been 12+ hours.

Bought Rockie Goretex shoes but on wearing very uncomfortable and caused blisters on both heels. Contacted Customer service and unlike some reviewers on Clarks own site I was very impressed with the service from Irshaad D. Asked to provide some further details and images and then advised to return to store for a refund.
Mark of a good company. When an issue arises they deal with it fairly.

Had excellent customer service from Sana today, she was very kind and super helpful in helping me find a comfortable pair of shoes. Usually i never find anything great in clark’s, but the choice she suggested to me was brilliant, they were so comfortable and stylish too. Thank you Sana, you deserve a promotion!

Had a great customer service from KEIRA in Clarks Glasgow fort , truly the best customer service , hope she’ll be rewarded for her efforts and great skills in handling customers.

Went on Sunday to the Fort and had a look at some trainers in the sale at Clarks in the ladies section. The girl that served me was very helpful and I left the store with a pair of leather trainers for £50 reduced from £85. Happy with purchase and pleased with the service I received. Overall experience was excellent!

I love Clarks for my children as they as good quality. However I was not very happy with the service I received off two of the staff on different occasions. I felt that the staff did not really care what type of shoe we wanted and wanted us to try on any shoe that fit. I felt quite pressured to buy the pair she showed me which wasn’t suited to my daughter as she has wide feet and I told the member of staff they were too tight to get on as they had a elastic lace. After returning them for this reason she got me another pair the same style but different colour again felt that she was not interested in getting the right shoe just a sale. My daughter went from a 7.5 H to 8 G in 3 weeks. So I am unsure how accurate the measurements are. At the checkout the staff member asked if I wanted to buy some shoe protector and basically felt like she was trying to convince me. I said I felt like I had spent a lot of money already as shoes almost £50 and went on to talk about the spray how good it was and I felt like she wasn’t asking because it’s her job but rather trying to convince me to buy which made me feel pressured when I didn’t want to.
I would expect better customer service from a great store.

I ordered my shoes online and picked them up in store, so I could try them on for size. They were a perfect fit. The young girl in the Glasgow Fort store was really lovely and friendly. Thanks.
