Helpful staff at the Grimsby store, Kylea was helpful and patient. It's good to have Clarks back in Grimsby.

Took my granddaughter for her first Clarks shoes and Teresa, the sales assistant, was fantastic and patient with her.

She loves her new shoes and slippers.

Excellent service from Amanda at Clarks in Grimsby who arranged for another store manager to bring a boot for me to try when she came for a meeting. Amanda kept me fully informed and could not have been more helpful, thank you. Great to see Clarks back in Grimsby. (Jacqui Kirk)

Viv at the Grimsby store was fantastic with my daughter today. The shoes she wanted weren't available in her size, but Viv did a fab job diverting her to (some very beautiful) alternative trainers. Thank you!

We love having Clarks back in Grimsby! With having two kids with quite wide feet, the reassurance of getting the right width measurement is unparalleled by any other high street shoe shop.
Today we had wonderful service from Amanda in the Grimsby store to get some new school shoes for our son. She was great with him, and my daughter. This is something we have always found at most Clarks, especially the local ones.

I was so happy for Clark’s to return to Grimsby. I’ve seen the lovely sandals online and couldn’t wait to go in and try them. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I found the shoes so narrow, I have wide feet and the wide shoes section was just too tight. With saying that my experience in the shop was amazing and such a positive one. I had a lady called Becky serve me. She was so warm and friendly. Even though people were coming in to the shop she didn’t rush me. She tried every option to get me a shoe I liked. She helped me put the shoes on, fastened them up and helped me take them off. At one point I was concerned I was talking too much time but she reassured me and made me feel so at ease. I was upset I couldn’t find any shoes but the service from Becky more than made up for it. I would come back and try again just because of the care and patience she gave me.

Served today by Teresa at the Grimsby branch. Brilliant customer service, and really good with our little boy in getting his feet measured.

She brought lots of options out for her to try and was very thorough in checking the fit.

I had ordered trainers online and went into store to pick them up . Lesley who served me was very friendly and welcoming and easy to talk to . I also tried on some other trainers whilst in the shop . The service was relaxed and I didn’t feel under pressure to buy . I am also pleased that Clark’s has opened up again in Grimsby .

Amanda was absolutely brilliant in the grimsby shop on freshney place been trying to order my husband the grey tor steel for over a month and never had his size went into grimsby shop today and amanda got the size we wanted straight away and ordered to the shop no problem customer service was shocking when i emailed main clarks office .But thanks to amanda my husband was so happy thanks to amanda 😀

Took my daughter to Clarks in Hull her new school shoes were a little too tight. Thankfully Grimsby Clarks had reopened, we popped in to see Amanda who re measured her feet and arranged a replacement pair in her size. She is now happy and comfortable.
