I go into the Clarks store in Hinkley frequently for all mine and my family's shoes and always find the staff very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond if I need help or have a question, and they've been really good with my daughter over the years, fitting her shoes and helping her choose. In my most recent visit, I was served by Luca, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was with us for quite a long time, helping us choose the perfect pair of shoes for my daughter starting school. He couldn't have been more patient.

Today we took our two grandchildren to get school shoes and was served by luca, what an incredible young man helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient two happy children with well fitted shoes thank you luca x

We went to the Hinckley store and were served by Tiani.
From the moment we stepped into the store we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. We were at the store for school shoes and staff kept us updated when we would get served as the store was busy.
When served by Tiani she was polite, helpful and was really engaging with the children, which kept them interested in what we were there for.
Management at the store were really good and managed the busy store very well. They to were also happy to help when I asked them for information on other products in the store.

Excellent help from an impressive young man, Luca: he was knowledgable, personable and is a great credit to the company. I decided to order items from within the shop instead of online as a consequence of the high level of service provided.

Frankie at the Hinckley store was very helpful my shoe size was not available at the Hinckley store so Frankie rang round to a few other stores that but my size was still not available at available and even looked to see if it was available in the uk and it wasn’t. I did try another size on with a narrower fitting which did fit so I bought that great service and very pleasant and helpful during my visit to the store

It was a very nice, quick and easy visit to get a sizing and new shoes for my little boy. Chloe was friendly and helpful and made it a good experience for my boy

I visited the Clarks shop in Hinckley for a new pair of shoes for work. I found a good selection of different styles, complemented by a wide choice of casual shoes on offer in a sale. Emilia was quick to offer assistance and show me to the appropriate section. Once I had made my choice, she was also quick to collect a pair of shoes in the right size and style. I appreciated that she reminded me of my right to return the shoes if they turned out not to fit, that she showed me the shoes in the box for assurance that she had collected the right ones and that she correctly applied a discount I was entitled to claim. Credit to Emilia on all those points!

I went in to Clarks in Hinckley to get a pair of shoes for my dad who has alzheimers. The assistants name is Luca.
I do not have the words to say how fantastic Luca was, nothing was too much trouble. It was one if the best interactions I've had with a sales assistant. I will be telling everyone I can how amazing he was especially dealing with my dad. Thank you Luca for making an experience that could have been stressful as smooth as possible, you ate a credit to Clarks and I hope you get the recognition you deserve

Me and my son and 7year old granddaughter visited your Hinckley store in castle street and were served by Luca and I can only say that he an absolute positive asset to your establishment.. He was very thorough in checking the size and fitment of my granddaughter's feet and in my opinion has a flair for working with children and understanding what they like. Also having patience whilst displaying a professional and mature attitude when serving us.. Outstanding for an employee of such a young age.. 10/10

The service in store is excellent. I like to make sure I make the right purchase so I went in the shop a few days running on my lunch break to try on. Can also order in shoes from the website that are not in stock nice and easy. Had some issues with some shoes and got returns and exchanges. Bought a few pairs in the end, some in store and some ordered in. Good service when collecting shoes ordered online too. Only issue is I spent too much! I would wish there was more of a selection of men's shoes and more variety though.

Excellent service today from Luca and the store manager at Hinckley. Luca was very friendly and helpful, and best of all he was smiling all the time, which makes a great customer experience. I was originally going to wait to see if there were any Black Friday deals, but I managed to get a discount today on new stock. Very happy with my new boots. Thank you both for great service today😀 I will definitely be back rather than use the larger impersonal branch at the end of the M69!

We visited the Hinckley shop on Sunday 6th October around 2pm. The shop was quiet, probably due to the day and time of the visit. The shop was immaculately clean and every shoe on show was set out perfectly. My nearly 3 year old daughter was confident enough to go straight up to Adam, the shop assistant and tell him she was looking for some new shoes. Straight away Adam asked her if she needed her feet measuring first and she said yes. Adam was fantastic with her throughout. He was very knowledgeable with the shoes and had suggestions on the best shoes for what we were looking for. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the customer service was great.
