We went in without a booking today for school shoes. We are seen straight away and there were lots of great choices. We were looked after by Eleanor. Great experience.

I took my son into the Kings Lynn store this afternoon and had not booked a school shoe fitting. The team were very polite annd asked us if we were okay to wait until one of the team was free. We were served by Eleanor, who was exceptionally patient and helpful. She made the process very easy and stress free. I would definitely be happy to go back to this particular store.

Melissa was very kind and helpful from the moment we walked in, would definitely recommend a visit.

We were served by Sascha, when buy a pair of school shoes. Although she was exceptionally busy and always had at least 2 -3 customers waiting at all times, Sascha was remained calm, polite and unflustered. She did not rush any customers and always had 2 or 3 options available. She is an absolute model of outstanding customer service whilst working in difficult conditions

Buying footwear is really hard,normally,as I have screws and a metal plate in my ankle from a breakage.
I visited you Kings Lynn,Norfolk store today.served by a young lady,Sascha who really made every attempt to find me comfortable shoes.
She put my mind at ease and the trainers that I chose are very comfortable.
She also measured my feet and they are different widths.
Sascha made my footwear buying experience a really positive one and I didn’t feel rushed.
Her colleague was also very helpful.
Also the shop is spacious to practise walking and the chairs are comfortable.

My husband knew what Clark’s shoes he required from browsing the internet. The lady (Rebecca) in the High Street store in K Lynn was very helpful. Didn’t have that brand but found a different brand which he liked very much and very attentive. He purchased them and felt she deserved a mention!

Very comfortable sandals, look good on, bought online, arrived quickly. Helpful lady in the store upon collection.

It's good to order on line and arrange to pick up from my local shop.
I already had a pair of these trainers before, so I got another pair in a different colour as they were very comfortable.

Ordering on-line was easy. Picking up from shop was not friendly!

I called the store to see if I had to book an appointment to get my feet measured and the lovely sales assistant said 'no' just pop in, of which I did. I was served by Jackie who incidentally was the person I had the telephone conversation with.
Jackie helped me with the measurements and finding exactly what I needed shoe/boot wise as I was going to do a lot of walking.
It was best customer service I have ever experienced, it was that good I purchased 2 pairs of footwear.
I will be back.

I was served by a lovely young lady, Sascha, nothing was too much trouble for her. I have awkward feet but she found me the perfect pair and has made a grandma very happy!

Unfortunately I had to return item , but easily done by taking in to my local branch . Excellent service from staff there

Always a pleasure to get our children’s feet measured at Clark’s in Lynn, recently served by Aimee, she kindly explained to our daughter that the slip on shoes aren’t available in the smaller sizes and gently persuaded her towards shoes more aimed at her age, I appreciated this as our daughter had already made up her mind on what shoes she wanted after viewing the range online before our visit. Maybe next year the slip ons will fit!

Store was really busy but seemed organised and everything flowed seamlessly. Helen on the clipboard and the lady on tills had it all under control!

I cannot thank Jackie enough - what an absolute star!! Jackie very kindly started early so that I could bring my son in before the shop opened so he could get his school shoes. My son is autistic and struggles massively in shops / busy areas. For Jackie to offer this to us has made such a difference to us and to George as he had a really positive experience. (These things are quite a big deal and normally end up being very stressful - but thanks to Jackie it was fantastic) Jackie was brilliant with George from the moment we entered the shop, really engaging with him. Thank you Jackie - such a star and we will be back for when George needs his next pair! Thank you thank you thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacob was very helpful and patient! I appreciate the help in getting the right fit for my daughter.

Georgina measured my 9yo's and 6yo's feet and then helped find my 6yo who has sensory issues, a pair of shoes that wasn't her sandals or wellies. A bonus that they are sparkly and have a unicorn on the bottom. Georgina listened to both mine and my 6yo's requests but only had the next size up in stock. She suggested that with how my 6yo is the next size up that could actually help our situation and use insoles. Before my 6yo decided she requested to see the box as she wanted a particular box, the ones with doodles so she can colour it in. Thankfully it had this box. Georgina also didn't make us feel weird for the strange requests. We came out with a happy 6yo.
Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience, calm and stress free. Especially when our almost 4 month old baby decided mid decision she needed feeding.

Excellent service from Eleanor today, she was able to offer an alternative pair of shoes, that fitted perfectly due to a sales pair being stretched and one bigger than the other. This led to my sale, she was friendly and helpful, thank you 😊.
