Visited today to get our daughters measured for her first pair of shoes.
Daisy was very helpful and professional and good with our daughter making all our experience easy. We will definitely return when we next need new shoes. Thank you Daisy

Lily at Lowestoft was very friendly and knowledgeable

Jess was fabulous. She was so kind and patient with my very quiet, anxious child, who has SEND. We were in there nearly two hours, as my child had decided she couldn’t cope with how her new shoes were that I’d bought last week. It is a big time for change for her as she is starting high school and is very young for her year. She helped my daughter respond using non-verbal cues and gave her the time and space when necessary. We would definitely return to have her fit my children’s shoes again. Thanks so much!

Brought granddaughter shows along with insole and heel grips in case all endorsed with Clark’s name on them. When I got home granddaughter wouldn’t wear shoes. Took shoes back refunded however store would not refund insoles or heel grips even though not used due to hygiene. They said didn’t know if my granddaughter had any issues with her feet! But they refunded shoes which she tried on. Said it was store policy and also didn’t recommend these as shoes had been fitted. They have Clark’s written all over them. Very poor always used this store will think twice

I was helped by Lily. She gave accurate sizings for my shoes and went out of her way to find insoles for my narrow feet. She also suggested ways to protect the shoes and keep them fresh and new looking. An overall great experience

Lovely store with lovely staff. Welcomed by Daisy who was a star! She sized up my 18months old shoes for him even though he was tensing his feet and wriggling his toes with a smile ! She managed to get his measurements with a smile and whilst trying to chat to him to keep him comfortable. She picked a few different sizes in the styles i liked for him. She was smiley, helpful, welcoming and comforting for my son whilst measuring his feet. I left a very happy customer with the right shoes for him! So lovely that i went back an hour later and got my 5 year old some shoes 🤣🤣

We visited the Lowestoft store and were looked after by Trinity. She was very friendly and helpful and sorted our little girl out with her school shoes and trainer's as well as the necessary cleaning product's.

Really straight forward and helpful. We were helped by Laura and she took all the stress out of school shoe shopping. She was really helpful, patient and lovely with the children. Thank you 😊

I visited the Lowestoft store. It was for my 4 year old daughter. The girl that served me was Ruby. It was Saturday 23rd Aug. Ruby was a very polite kind and patient employee. I explained that my daughter had medical issues and she needed a certain type of footwear. Ruby was ever so helpful and reassuring. Thank you

I had 4 children to get sized up for new school shoes.
Laura helped us and she was brilliant. She was very patient and knew what she was doing. She didn't mind getting different shoes down just to try in order for us to be certain. She made a stressful school shoe shop much less stressful and we left we everything we needed. Thank you so much, Laura!
The other staff we also came into contact with was Lynzi and Zoe. Lynzi allowed us to come in early when we had booked our appointment and that really helped us not having to hang around in town waiting for our appointment time. Zoe is always ready to help when needed and always greets me and my children with a smile and warm welcome. Thank you ladies!!!

Excellent service at the Lowestoft store from Zoe, who quickly and efficiently kitted out both my boys with trainers and school shoes. There was next to no wait ( I didn’t book) so it was a good experience all round :) thank you

We have used Clarks for our Son's shoes ever since he could walk. They are always friendly and helpful and today was no different. We were helped by Lily. She was friendly and engaged with our Son about the choices of shoes on offer.

The shop was very busy but she acknowledged us and made us know she would be with us shortly
She was completely in control despite probably not having enough staff for the back to school rush

She was so helpful with my daughter who has some serious sensory issues and her biggest issue is socks and shoes! Trinity was patient, kind and understanding with my daughter and for the first time in 7 years we had a shoe shopping experience without a meltdown or tears! Success! Thank you!
