My daughter and I went to get school shoes today and were served by the lovely Laura in Lowestoft. She was so engaging and put my daughter at ease with her friendly and positive energy. She was so thorough and was wonderful at getting just the right fit. So informative and helpful. We will definitely be going back. What a super employee!

Very happy with my experience today. A lovely lady called Trinity helped my son choose the right shoes for him that will last him a while. With my lad starting secondary school in September he isn't aloud trainers or trainer looking shoes anymore.

Great service, professional and friendly. We were served by Ella, my daughter is autistic and felt comfortable and at ease.

Went in just to browse and found a lovely pair of sandals and the lady who helped me was wonderful as I have different size feet and it was no trouble for lynzi to fetch the different sizes I needed and was polite throughout my experience would highly recommend

The pretty, pleasant young lady that served me at Clarks made spending £100 on a pair of shoes a less painful experience.

I went to buy a pair of sandals today in the Lowestoft Clarks shop and was served by Jo who was very friendly and helpful. I ended up treating myself to two pairs of sandals in the end as they were so comfortable and very well made.

Jo was very welcoming and helpful. Good product range which I could not find in my size in norwich

Had been to clarks really impressed by the staffs Jo and her colleague the rapport they built in no time making customer feel valued and looked after.Jo is very good at her marketing skills .keep smiling girls

The sales lady at the Lowestoft store Jo, was extremely helpful and professional. She knew exactly how to deal with my foot problems and offered solutions to the issues. I came away very pleased with two pairs of shoes and cleaning products as well.

Came to Clarks to buy my daughters first pair of shoes, staff members Lynzi and Zoe were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, they measured her feet and made sure she had a good comfortable fit and they were absolutely brilliant with her and she couldn’t stop smiling the whole time! Was a really lovely experience and they couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we were happy with what shoes we chose, overall a great experience and we will definitely be back for her next pair of shoes!
