Thank you Sarha for always making our experience in this store so wonderful - we would be lost without you! We have been coming here for years and she always takes the time to measure the girls feet and help us find what we are looking for. Also she has a lot of patience, and a friendly manner which is another reason we love coming to this store. We always trust her experience and knowledge too. Went to buy new shoes recently. The two sales assistants were really helpful and took a lot of trouble, measuring my feet to find the right size, and letting me walk around in the shoes to check they were comfortable. There was no pressure to buy or hurry even though it was nearly closing time. I am very pleased with both my purchases: nice quality leather footwear. Thank you Marcello and Sarha for making my shopping trip such a pleasant experience!

shoe company in its Maidenhead branch on the 18th January 2025.
The assistant at the time was SHARON. She was most pleasant,patient, knowledgeable and kind. She found an excat fit shoe that I was most pleased with and that was at the same time as helping others in a busy shop. She is an absolute credit
to your company and I know where I am buying my next pair of shoes from.

Ordered some shoes for my toddler online, to be delivered to my local store. Very fast delivery. When collecting from the store, an assistant asked if we wanted to check the fit of the shoes, which we did and she made sure that we had the right size bu doing a thorough fit assessment with my toddler. Excellent customer service, I shall be returning for future purchases!

Given 3 different size measurements over the course of 3 weeks. Had to incur express delivery fee in the end for school shoes due to the continued incorrect measuring, they didn’t turn up within the 2 days paid for. Have made a complaint to which I have not received a reply. There were 2 very helpful ladies in branch but the whole experience was ruined by the initial mis-measurement of 2 children.

Visited Maidstone branch. Carol was very helpful and listened very well . Although it is a very busy time just before school starts but staff pay enough attention to all the customers .
