Lovely staff at the Maidstone branch, always helpful and kind. My children love coming here on and we always get great fitting shoes and sandals. Thank you.

I met Amy who helped me finding the right shoes in right sizes, felt extremely welcome and comfortable with her knowledge about after sales care products for shoes

Measuring shoes booked ages ago, still needed to wait good 15 min or so then they didn't have many stock for secondary school shoes- we ended up ordering online.... fitting & trying was the purpose of physically visiting the shop!! Well at least measurment is done.

Brought our 18 month old in to get measured and was welcomed as we entered by Ru. Ru was friendly and attentive and made our little one come out of his shell. Made the whole experience stress free. Amazing customer service and got 2 pairs for him. 5*

Went in for my 3 sons school shoes. Carol, the Manager was amazing!! Really good experience, helped with getting the right ones for each boy.
She was complimentary about my children and made me feel very relaxed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent service - I went into the shop with my mother who has dementia. The staff were very patient and helpful, measured her feet and checked that the shoes fitted well. I’m very happy and will visit again!

Went to Clarks in Maidstone was served by a lady her name was Claire, clearly had experience and understanding of what my grandson needed took time with him no rush was a great experience thank you Claire.

I recently visited the Clarks store in Maidstone and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ana. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Ana truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes.

Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on which shoes would best suit my needs. Ana’s genuine enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident in every interaction.

What really stood out was her dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She even offered helpful tips on shoe care to ensure they last as long as possible. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Ana is a true asset to the Clarks team.

Thank you to Ella for helping us find the right size shoes for our son and a massive thank you to Carol for teaching him in 5 minutes to tie his laces. We haven’t been able to reach him for the last 2 years. There is a trick, but if you want to know you will have to pop into Clark’s Maidstone 😉

Went into Maidstone branch for my boys second pair of walking Clarks and got a smile from Claire as reassurance that she had noticed us and came over very quickly to assist as he need to have his feet measured. Claire was so helpful and really took the time with my little boy to make sure we got the correct size and style for him and his walking. Got it doubled checked to make sure it was all correct and off we went. We are very grateful and thankful for Claire!

Great school shoe shopping experience. Carol is so knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter who has really narrow feet wanted slip on shoes that were not right and Carol successfully helped my daughter to find a different pair that fitted perfectly and brought a smile to her face. Lacey was lovely in supporting Carol and learning to navigate what could have been a tricky shoe customer. Fabulous customer service from employees who care for what they do. Will be returning soon and definitely for our next school shoe shop.

Every year come here for school shoes and just like last year lovely staff helped us with school shoes for the kids.

I tried on a pair of shoes which I liked but wasn’t sure about purchasing, explained that I would come back later. Staff were very understanding and when I came back later that day I tried on a different pair plus the original pair. Julia in particular was very helpful and assisted me by bringing the different pairs for trying and was patient and friendly throughout. I eventually bought the original pair. Thanks a lot :)

We were served by Zoe but mostly Kayleigh at the weeks street store in Maidstone today. We were with our 2 grandsons; the eldest wanted trainers and the youngest was getting his first pair of shoes. The customer service was excellent. Zoe helped with the toddler and Kayleigh patiently supported the 4 year old with his choices, no mean feat when at 4 you can be adamant about what you definitely do and don’t want! Such a credit to your store. Kayleigh helped us by ordering a 2nd pair of trainers to come into store that we will collect, our choice, but we were offered home delivery too. We left incredibly happy. Kayleigh was so patient and engaging, it made our shopping experience SO easy! Thank you 👍
