Sammi at the Poole store was really helpful in measuring my daughter’s feet for her first shoes, offering lots of options and explaining the benefits of certain styles over others. The style I wanted was out of stock in her size but Sammi was able to order them for me. After a negative experience the previous week in your Bournemouth store (who measured her 2 sizes bigger and didn’t give any advice at all), it restored my faith that Clark’s is a good place to get my baby’s shoes.

Sammy was brilliant very friendly

Sammy in the Poole Dolphin branch was excellent with my little one. She was diligent and quick to find all the shoes. Made the whole experience a breeze.

Came in with my toddler grandchildren for a foot measurement and buying shoes for them, got served my Sammy. Very polite, friendly and helpful as always.

Adam at the Poole store was great! Interacted brilliantly with my nine year old and taught her a handy way to tie laces. 10/10!

Went in to your Poole branch to get some emergency work shoes and Katy was fantastic!! She was very good, she listened to want i wanted and made brilliant suggestions! I came out with a lovely pair of comfy shoes!! Thank you Katy you are a star!!!

Had a bought a pair of boots a few weeks back and the L one was faulty as was rubbing on my legs and had caused a wound there due to constant rubbing
So brought the pair back to the store in Poole and was helped by Sammy who was very understanding and replaced the pair .

We went into Poole branch on 24/2/25 to get new school shoes for our autistic 5 year old. We were served by Debbie who was amazing. Very helpful, patient and kind. She is an asset to the branch.

Visited the Poole branch and was served by a lovely young lady called Debbie.

She measured my feet and suggested styles that might suit after listening to me.

Would definitely visit again if I could guarantee bring served by Debbie again..

Bought some shoes at Clark’s in Poole where I was served by Sammi, a very knowledgeable and helpful assistant. The colour that I wanted was not held in stock but a swift delivery was arranged. Super experience, great shoes. I’ll be back!

Went into Clark’s to have a browse before actually purchasing some boots previously chosen in another store. Was about to leave when Franca showed us some more options. Wasn’t sure about fitting and she bought out more sizes without hesitation. Very tentive to needs and wants. Franco was good-humoured and an absolute delight.

Shop is in a good position in the Armadale shopping centre in Poole so easy to find.

When ordering I was told roughly when to expect my parcel but I was kept well informed as to the progress of the order and was given sufficient time to collect the goods once they had arrived in store.
The staff in store were very helpful and friendly when I collected my order.
