Great service from Kezia
Great service from Kezia - she was both proactive and patient in helping me choose the right pair of shoes. She must’ve fetched at least 8-10 boxes out while I was there (due to Clarks’ strange sizes). In the end they didn’t have the size I needed in store but she reserved a pair at another shop for me to collect, for which I am very grateful!

I visited Clarks in Surrey Quays and Maria was extraordinary with my daughter. She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable as she was measured and fitted. We left with two pairs of shoes that my daughter was very excited by.
