i was in London last week i bought 2 working trainers and both were different foot of shoes i came back to the States both of my family members are unable to wear them due to this problem. Don’t know if. what happened.
how do i send them back? i had a bad experience. i trusted the staff.

I am extremely disappointed with Clark’s customer support. I have been waiting for my refund for almost three months now. Each time I contact your team, I receive a different explanation.

At one point I was told that the payment was declined and that I should provide another bank account. I sent the new bank details as requested, but since then I have received no response.

I have called multiple times and stayed on hold for 20–30 minutes without getting any proper assistance. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to take this matter further. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be purchasing from Clark again.

Thrilled with my boots and the excellent customer service by Muslina. She greeted us with a lovely smile and was very patient with us. Measured my foot size, then offered different types of shoes that would be suitable and to my taste. Thank you Muslina at Clarks Westfield White City, we will return again, to buy more from you.

I love the quality of the shoe , my kids love it

I tried the shoes on in Clark’s Westfield but they were too tight & didn’t have the half size I needed. Disappointed the shop assistant didnt offer to order them in but found right size online & delivery was prompt & shoes fit great. I love them

I visited this store twice on the 27th to buy my dad shoes and on the 28th to buy my brother shoes, and we had a fantastic experience. On the 27th I was served by a sweet Somalian lady (sorry I didn’t get the name), and then on the 28th I was served by Zeeshan. Zeeshan was particularly patient and helpful. We tried on a total on like 8 shoes and his customer service remained consistent. He didn’t ask for a review but I insisted on giving him one, we even wanted to tip him but knew that the store policy didn’t allow for that.

The store was Clark’s in White City, Westfield and the manager (or assist manager) - a gentleman with dreadlocks, was also very nice.

Very pleased overall, and I feel encouraged to come here again.

Bought shoes for my 2-year-old brother and had such a great experience at Clarks thanks to Zahra. She measured his feet, and she helped us pick out not one, but two perfect pairs out of their quite wide range of shoes available, only thing I’d say is look online whilst you’re in store as they don’t have all their stock on display. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. Her knowledge and care made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to get service that feels this genuine — Zahra really went above and beyond. Definitely made the trip worth it!

Bhavneet was very helpful and kind to me. She was flexible in helping me choose the right shoe for me. Also manager working in evening shift, was genuinely caring and great customer service despite being so busy. Thank you so much. I will be happy to come again.

We saw Victor at White City Westfield and he was absolutely terrific: kind, patient and great service. Can’t recommend more!

What made my experience great is that first of Clarks shoes are the most comfortable shoes, and second Dominic was the most polite and helpful assistant ever. He was attentive, quick to help and always smiling and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this Clarks location as anyone would be more than lucky to get served by Dominic!
