Very helpful efficient staff!

I tried to buy a pair of plimsolls for my grandson last week. The store was busy and they did not have his size. After 25 mins wait with 2 children, one a screaming toddler they would not even let me order and pay and were rude about it, said I had to "wait my turn" whilst other kids ahead in the queue tried on shoes, even though Joel the store manager and his assistant Hafa were standing there doing nothing, and there was no-one at the till, it would not have compromised a single person. In the time they spent arguing with me they could have taken the payment ten times over. Very poor service Clarks and an inability to manage a situation effectively for everyone.

Thankfully the Clarks in Colliers Wood, despite not having the item and being more busy were helpful, polite ad processed the order and payment in 5 mins.

We visited the Wimbledon branch for a kids’ shoe fitting appointment and were very impressed with the service. Our consultant, Lee, was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough — he carefully measured the kids’ feet and helped us find the perfect fit.

Highly recommend both the company and the fitting service, especially for school shoes, as different models can fit differently depending on the design and leather type.

Absolutely fantastic experience in the Wimbledon store with Lee and Laura. They were so helpful. Lee helped with my Daughter’s shoe fitting for school and went above and beyond bringing out every style in her size. Thank you!

The shoes arrived promptly in the store. The shoes were too small and went back to the local Clarks shop to exchange for a bigger size. Salesman was helpful and professional.

Excellent assistant Divya who was so patient with my daughter who has Special needs and it took over an hour to find a comfortable shoe. So kind thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clark’s in Wimbledon, where I was helped by a lovely gentleman named Arsil. From the moment I stepped into the store, I felt completely at ease. He was so quick and efficient in getting my son’s feet measured, which I truly appreciated.

He knew exactly what he was doing, and I could tell he’s very experienced. He made sure my son was comfortable and took the time to measure his feet perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely kind and patient.

What really stood out to me was how easy he was to talk to. He’s such a friendly person, and it was a pleasure to chat with him while he worked. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience was so positive that I felt compelled to share. I highly recommend visiting Clark’s in Wimbledon and asking for him if you want excellent service with a personal touch.

Clarks emailed me regarding booking an online shoe fit for my son and I read there was an option to call the store directly for a quieter appointment which I was keen to do and thought this was a brilliant idea for my Autistic son who can be very excited in store and running around and in the past has attempted to run out of the store which leads onto a busy road.
I called the Wimbledon store and booked an early slot on a Sunday, which was an amazing experience.
Laura has served us before and is amazingly clam and professional and very knowledgeable and really puts me at ease. My son was amazingly calm and absolutely loved his Rex dinosaur 🦖 first school shoes with the skeleton food prints and his plimsolls too.
This was a really pleasant experience and I really appreciate Laura starting her day earlier for us.
This is an amazing service for children with additional needs. Thank you again Wimbledon store, where i will always go for shoes and will continue to do so.

I had a fantastic experience at Clark’s in Wimbledon, thanks to an exceptional staff member. He was tall with a beard and immediately noticed my son’s Arsenal shirt, striking up a conversation about the team that made my son feel really comfortable. He was quick in offering shoe options, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

My son left the store saying how much he loved Clark’s because of this interaction. The staff member, who mentioned his name was Arseel or something similar, truly went above and beyond. Well done to him—he made our visit memorable!
