Visited Wolverhampton store 23-12 and was greeted by Tina. She was friendly, helpful and advised us of a slight wait which was no problem. First time in store with my daughter and her feet were measured. Shown a good selection of shoes and sale options. Purchased a first pair of shoes with the support of Tina. Thanks for a great visit will definitely return

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about what products I needed to take care of my boots.
She was very quick in bringing out the boots I wanted to try.

We visited the Wolverhampton store today to buy our daughter her first shoes. We were helped by Tina, who measured her feet and pointed us to the type of shoes best for her age and stage of walking. We told her which we liked and she then brought out a selection of shoes they had in stock in our daughters size(including the ones we'd mentioned we liked), which was really helpful. Tina was really friendly and kind and was lovely with both of our children. We were helped/served immediately and would definitely recommend Clarks. Shoes were on sale too and they're always great value for money 🙂
