I had a fantastic experience thanks to Wesley, who helped me choose school shoes for my daughter. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly patient as we tried on numerous pairs, making sure each one was the right fit and comfortable. Wesley checked every detail carefully and never made us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Wesley, for making what could have been a stressful task so easy and pleasant!

Refreshing after a disastrous experience at the Westfield Stratford store, where the shop assistant was clueless and got the sizes constantly wrong for my children 😐

I visited the Clarks in Wood Green and had a pleasant customer experience. I was helped by Cassie who was professional, knowledgeable and offered a great service with a smile. Cassie helped me with my purchase and made my experience on a busy Saturday afternoon memorable. Even though the store was busy with customers, Cassie ensured I was acknowledged and made to feel like an important customer. Her knowledge of the product was good and her explanation of the sizes and leather.

She also took the time to explain the online service available when products were not in store. I hope I can shop in this branch again soon!
