I ordered shoes from Clark's website. The system showed me a certain date before I clicked "order", and I'm certain my billing address and shipping address were filled out correctly - two distinct addresses . As soon as I click order, I'm shown a different delivery date, and Clark's system uses my billing address for both addresses - which isn't correct. I try to login and fix they're address mistake, and request faster shipping. I also filled out a contact form and called. Nothing is changeable on the customer's or there end the instant an order is placed. You suck, Clark's. Should've ordered from Zappos.
