First class service. Quick,efficient, and stuck to their original quote.

I spent quite sometime completing the online application getting photos of the vehicle and uploading them, going through old receipts for info and going over the car for good points and bad. My car is considered a classic for insurance (28 years old). I received a short 2 line email simply stating they didn’t want my car, not the impression you get from the web page. I sent an email to ask they simply said they didn’t view it as a classic. No reason given. Don’t complete the web form, phone first. It would be very helpful if they stated their classic criteria on the web page!

I was very wary of selling my beloved TVR using an online enquiry, but I had a brief phone call, agreed the price and time of collection (7am the following day). A deposit was paid immediately. The truck arrived at 6.20am(!) and the driver took a walk round video which was uploaded to HQ and 20 minutes later the money was showing in my bank account. The car was loaded in 10 minutes and everything was done.

I had always been very wary of selling my beloved classic cars over the telephone , having heard horror stories of other companies nit picking upon coming to collect the car and attempting to reduce the agreed price over every stonechip or other small blemish. Not so this company. The price and time of collection were agreed : a very nice man arrived with his truck, I checked with my bank that the money transfer had gone through- it had- and away they went.... A very safe, easy and transparent way to sell your classic car. Well worth a 5 star rating.

Pleased with the price we got for the car, it is a very easy process, you just fill out some questions and send photos and you get a very quick response, my advice would just be realistic on how the car is and what needs doing ect.
The car was collected a couple of days later, so a quick and very easy turn around.

i had owned my Rolls Royce since 1999,I was not using the car and was persuaded by my wife to sell the car. Didn't want lots of people coming round tyre kicking, so filled an online form out attached some photos, the next day received a phone call with an offer. Within two days a transporter arrived ,a nice man took a short video of the car sent it to his office, and the money was transferred into my bank immediately. Everything about the transaction was very smooth and the service was excellent. Well worth giving these guys a try if your wanting an easy way to sell your car

I had been advertising my Beetle for some time with little success. It would have needed work to make it roadworthy and was causing me considerable stress. I contacted Classic car buyer who gave a quote. Though lower than what I would have got selling privately, it took away all the stress. The whole process was as described. Classic car buyer accommodated my needs for picking up the car. The driver took a video of the car, sent it to Classic Car Buyer, and within minutes, the quote was agreed and the money in my account. My beetle was then taken away. This is ideal If you want a stress free service and are willing to accept a little less in order to pay for this. All staff that I dealt with were friendly, polite and professional.

Once we had agreed a price, everything happened as promised. The collection truck was waiting for me as I came off the very early ferry and the driver did a quick video. A few minutes later, the agreed amount was in my account, before the chaps loaded my car to take it away. Yes I would have liked more for the car, but classic prices are generally going down and I have to accept the value of a classic 70s sportscar is way less than it was 5 years ago. To get more would have taken a lot of effort as I live on an island with limited ability to sell locally.
