I do not recommend
As a plant lover, I have a lot experiences with online and offline shops where I used to see a lot humble and customer oriented shops. Honestly, how shop deals with customers is very important as you give this energy to plant also.
My first experience with classicflowers.ae wasn’t ordinary. I completed order on special day as I expected to receive order in my day offs so I can check condition of plants by myself and accept directly from delivery person, as I ordered few plants. And delivery period 2-3 days was matching with my expectations about delivery day. I added to note specific information with request to deliver after 5 pm during weekday as Im working, if weekends anytime. On second day I get WhatsApp message from shop where they say “Hi. This is from Plantes.ae“ and I corrected to real name where they respond “ Ah yes sorry”. Person doesn’t even know the exact name of shop.
They informed that they will deliver at 1 pm on friday as after 5 pm it’s traffic. I informed that Im unable to leave work and asked to arrange to deliver at least at 3:30 or 4 pm. Their response: “ Ok I will ask the driver” which isn’t confirmation. I asked them gently to cancel the order as delivery slot not matching with my timing. And after they started blaming me that I keep asking for refund and cancellation even if I asked one time gently and saying that they said they confirmed with previous sentence. First of all, i told them about difference between “I will ask” and “We confirm this slot”. But I do not expect to waste my nerves and time in the 9 morning while Im at work to be blamed.
Dear classicflowers.ae I understand that there may be time slots (about which not mentioned on website), and that you can’t agree sometimes, but teach your workers to speak straight and normal with customers. And if “Notes” to delivery not means anything, then remove this field from order completing page.
Im disappointed and very sad with this kind of service
