Classicline Insurance Reviews

Polite, well informed and humorous operative (sorry I can't recall his name) made insuring my Jeep a real pleasure. Your Company's product is exactly what I need and the price is very competitive. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you.

First time I've had to buy car insurance. My husband has used Classic Line for many years and always had good service, especially from Cheryl who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just a great understanding and service with a great price.. alway helpful and nothing to much for them . Highly recommend . And link to NSRA which is brilliant when iam insuring my 34 ford hot rod with the valuation linked ..
great service as usual
Thank you

Driving an older "classic" is a lot of fun but can be expensive if sourcing original parts and finding an insurer who knows that old dosn't mean worthless.
Classicline are the good guys as they make it simple to get an agreed valuation and also tailor the cover to meet your individual needs. Best of all they give you a better price far below that ofered by meerkats or supermarkets!

Rhianna, was very helpful and knowledgable regards classic car insurance and also took the time and attempted to match a price on my standard car.

Service and system seem very efficient and price was not the cheapest but was competitive. as a result I am now insured via Classicline.

A competitive quote that was dealt with efficiently. Friendly good communication.

Fantastic service would highly recommend

Ive been with classicline a few years this year ive added a few modifications the process was very easy and straightforward and the price very reasonable look forward to many more years with them..

This company always provides top level service and extremely competitive quotes for my classic porsche , the breakdown cover is also excellent as I had need to use it last year ! Also it’s not an online only company there’s always someone at the end of the phone to help out! Also I receive a discount as I’m a full TIPEC member !

Easy and helpful renewal

always a pleasure dealing with classic line, straight forward good customer service.

Excellent service very accomplished. Very pleased indeed would recommend.

Excellent service and policy. I have a 1995 Porsche 993 and this was the only company who would insure it with an agreed value and allow me to chose my repair garage and still have a premium under £500. Fantastic service and I will be staying with them

Good easy service renewal done on line great quote telephone service polite and quick if required approx my 3rd year with them

I got to talk to someone instead of a damn Chatbot. Helpful, understanding, informative and with a good clear voice so I never had to ask her to repeat herself. Thank you Rose.

Contacted by phone
The person I spoke with was very friendly patient and knowledgeable .I felt at ease discussing my requirements with her

Simple, a fair price, efficient. Helped by someone called Rosie who was very polite and who made it easy. The time it took was minimal compared to other insurers, which bodes well! Well done

Very easy and quick renewal. No waiting ages on the phone. And you can speak to a human rather than a robot - which is sadly quite unusual these days !

Very helpful friendly and patient, (well I am 70). They're price was cheaper than the comparison sites I contacted. I will use them again next year for my 2 motorbikes if I'm happy with the price.

Great service and you can talk to someone. Very good customer care
