Would not recommend for anyone
After 2 free trial classes, I requested a feedback from the teacher, the representative gave is the general feedback that was clearly not from the teacher. The feed back were written for small group lessons, but be We had 1v1 trial lessons. Since we liked the teacher, therefore I didn’t bother to voice my opinions. We were promised to have lessons with the teacher we liked. After we paid, we were told the teacher was not available. The actual class hasn’t started, it was supposed to start on 12/30/2023. But we are not comfortable with the “bait and switch” style they used to get us to pay for the service, we decide to not go forward with their service. After my request for the company to refund us the money, the representatives continued to nag us into accepting the service with Classover. They refused to refund us the money we paid but we never received the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone with such services.
