Order something in February STILL have not received it. I emailed them and they said it will take 15-25 days. Emailed them again after 35 days of waiting and received no response. Emailed them AGAIN and still no response.... This company should be shut down and never scam another person..

DO NOT ORDER FROM CLASSY ELLA.... i ordered on 02/02/2018 and as of 05/30/2018 i have not rec'd a single item.. they give me the run around and now refuse to respond... they just scam people outta money... shame on me for not researching them first...

I ordered 16 to 22 items over 4 months ago, I have received nothing sent numerous emails still nothing this company is a scam

I ordered a Plush Elephant Chair on Feb. 27th. Still have not received! Emailed several times, I even have an email with a tracking number that shows it's still in China as of March 4th. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an elephant chair in February and after not hearing from them at the beginning of April, I contacted them.
I was given excuses about the weather and bank holidays and they said that they would send another one.
Well it’s now the end of May and I still haven’t received anything.
This should not be allowed. Yes it was only the postage we paid, but if there are lots of people who do it, they make a lot of money!
An absolute scam and when I clicked on the help link at the bottom of the page, my phone warned me that it wasn’t secure and my financial information could be stolen if I proceed!!
I have emailed them again today and I’m now waiting to see what possible excuse they have this time.

Ordered in January, it is now 29th May, no order. Received generic responses, they also said they'd send a replacement order.. Nothing.
I shall be seeking a refund through my bank immediately.
Don't give this company your money, total rip off.

I placed an order in January and I have not received the order yet. Same generic repl that the order is on the way. Checked this company out and listed with the BBB as a scam.

Ordered 2 toddler elephant chairs in February 2018. Have yet to receive them. Contacted company by email 2xs only to get same general email. Filed complaint with BBB but they did not respond to them either. Guess I got scammed!! ORDER NOTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

I placed an order that was processed on 7th March. By 1st April I still hadn’t received anything so I emailed to query the order status and was advised that it could take 15-25 working days to arrive so I left it a bit longer. On 28th April, I emailed again to ask for an update as I still hadn’t received anything. I was told on the 29th April that another parcel had been sent out and was assured that this one wouldn’t take as long to receive as the last order. Happy with that, I left it until the 18th May before I emailed again to query an update as it had been 12 days since the parcel tracker said that the replacement parcel had left China via airline. I was told that once the parcel leaves China, it’s then the receiving country’s postal service that is responsible for the package. Not happy with their response and the amount of time overall that I’d waited for this order, I emailed on 19th May to request a refund. Bearing in mind that until this point I had only ever had to wait 24 hours for a response from them, I still haven’t heard anything back. I emailed again on 24th May and today, 26th May. I’ve had nothing. No email, no refund, no parcel.
IT’S A SCAM!!!! DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered in February and over 3 months later still haven't recieved the item. Emailed them and they sent out another one which I haven't recieved either. And now they have convieniently stopped replying to my emails.

You are nothing but robbing so and so,people stay away from this site they take your money but never ever receive the goods,all a bloody scam.

Just like everyone else I spent money on really cute things for an up coming baby. I confronted them with emails and Facebook messenger and told my package was coming. I’m now trying to get my money back with my bank because I can prove it is a scam. Good luck to everyone with refunds. They don’t even deserve a start.

the worst experience of purchasing. waiting for order for 2months, not getting clear answers to my questions. still never got my order. will be cancelling my order. will never never purchase anything from classyella again.

I ordered in December 2017. After several emails, was directed to a tracking site. Package has been at China airport since April. Don't order from them. Never Ever!

Same as everyone here. Ordered "free" items February 22nd 2018 and contacted them April 21st 2018 with inquiry. They are "resending" my shipment. It's now almost June. Nothing. At least I'm only out $16 in shipping and learned a lesson. I suspect that they just pocket the ship cost and move on to another target.

Unfortunately I couldn't pick no stars, This company isn't worthy of any. I haven't received my order and after reading many other reviews I don't think I'm likey too. Something really needs to be done about companies like this, people work hard for their money and companies like this should be ashamed of themselves.

Parcel never arrived. When I asked they said it was stuck in China. Still hasnt arrived a month later. Seems alot of people on this page have had the same experience.

They are a SCAM do not order from them you will never recieve product .... At first they would email me and now they will NOT respond to my emails ... horrible customer service but what can you really expect from a FRAUD!!!!

Also been scammed have apparently resent items
