I ordered a leather satchel bag from this company and thd quality surpassed all my expectations. The rich leather is beautiful - soft but strong. The hardware is also absolutely first class. Customer service was also outstanding. My bag too a few weeks to deliver but Customer service responded to my queries within a day, sometimes within hours. Highly recommended

I bought a Buffalo Leather Pilot Bag on February 20th, but I never received anything. The tracking number is fake, and the product has never been posted!

This briefcase is exactly what I hoped it would be. The leather looks fantastic, the construction feels solid, and it has a classic, professional appearance. It’s clear that attention to detail went into making it. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Beautiful bag. I purchased the Minature 11 inch. A little bigger that I expected but it turned out to be the perfect size. I was surprised with all the compartments. Lots of them! Very good quality. I would recommend.

I'm in Australia and although delivery was outside what I was told, it was most definitely worth the weight....this bag is of sensational quality, sturdy, great looking and definitely big enough, 28", for my requirement! I've had a great experience with my purchase from classy leather bags. My enquiry about the strap of the Astoria tote was promptly answered and I proceeded with my purchase. The bag arrived, free postage, quite quickly considering I live in New Zealand!
I am thrilled with the bag and my sister liked it so much that she wanted one too! Unfortunately, they were out of stock but when I contacted Classy leather, they made one available. Very helpful.
The bag itself is exactly as pictured, large and stylish - very sturdy. Also, incredibly good value for money!
I didn't know what goat leather would be like but it's great, strong and a darkish colour, with a pleasant leather smell.
Overall, I am delighted with my experience and purchase from this company and highly recommend them .

Since it was an overseas shipment n it was my first time shopping with classy leather bags, there were a few confusions.. but the customer service agent did an amazing job in getting my order to me. She deserves all applause. Will definitely shop again!!

Very disappointing experience. The service is not customer-oriented at all, and the whole process has been unnecessarily long with many emails and no proper resolution. I am still waiting for my refund.

The quality of the backpack is also poor and does not justify the price. I would have preferred to return it, but customers should be aware that returns have to be sent to India, which leads to extremely high shipping costs!!!

Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

Like several of the other reviews, I also ordered the bag that came with the free toiletry bag for a gift and it was late! They do say 6 to 8 business days, but that is not true. I also contacted them and was told that it was definitely on the way, but that was also not true. We did finally receive the bag, but it did not have the toiletry bag inside. I have contacted them numerous times and they are telling me that it was definitely sent with it. But, it is not in there and they refused to believe me. They can only answer at night for some reason. There’s never anyone to talk to. The chat does not work either. I am so disappointed! This is wasted so much of my time following up over this. Then to actually get the bag and see that it didn’t have everything with. It is even worse! Their customer service is awful! Do not buy from them!

after 4 months, FedEx send me the bill for tax, customs and other duties of the shipment from manufacturer in India. I order the bag in USA not from India.

It has been wonderful experience purchasing my beautiful weekender bag. The weekender bag is excellent quality and I love it. I highly recommend Classy Leather bags because they communicate well with their customers and if there is a problem with a purchase they take care of it immediately. I received my first order from Classy Leather Bags and it is beyond what I expected. The quality is excellent. The personalization makes it perfect.

I received a tracking number, but the status has not changed. They say 6 - 8 business days for delivery, but no status change af 8 business days. After contacting Classy Leather, they said it is the courier company, but when contacting DHL, they advised that the package has not been handed over yet. Quite disappointed with this.
