L'équipe de gestion est assez professionnelle. Ils sont prompts pour diriger les nettoyeurs.
L'encadrement et le suivi est presque personnaliser. Ils font preuve de professionnalisme tout en essayant de s'ajuster et de s'améliorer un petit peu plus face chaque cas.
Je travaille avec cette agence depuis 3 ans maintenant et je suis assez satisfaite de notre partenariat.
Ils m'ont aidé à développer le sens de la rigueur et du travail bien fait en vue d'assurer la satisfactions du clientet. Je tiens aussi à souligner que j'apprécie également le flexible horaire que m'offre cette compagnie.

I really enjoy it. I’ve gotten two converted jobs and they’ve paid fairly promptly and the communication is good while on the job. Hopefully more jobs to come as I believe I have delivered well with no negative feedback of my cleans.

Cleanster pro is a good app, I like their services but sometimes, there’s a challenge with some of their clients. I personally have had some unpleasant experience with some of their clients, that made me decide not to travel far away from my city to another city and do just two or one and half hours job again . Because mostly those far away clients with less hours usually are the ones with something unpleasant.
But I like the team and how they address issues immediately

GREAT COMPANY. Very transparent payment and never an issue. They show you what your fee is before you choose to take the GIGS. I have worked for this company for over a year and never have had an issue. Great customer service and support.

I have worked with Cleanster for over 4 years. I have had a wonderful experience building my skills and relationship with them. They send cleaners to wonderful client opportunities to build relationships which creates recurring jobs. Their app is easy to use with simple step by step instructions to get you through each job. There are features on the Cleanster app that truly sets them apart! Their customer service team is always available to answer your questions and give you job opportunities. They begin the payment process after your close out your cleaning job correctly. You're usually paid within 1-3 days after your job submission. Cleanster is by far the best digital cleaning service on the market. I have personally tried a few other apps during slow seasons and I've ultimately deleted those apps. No other cleaning app for cleaners comes close to Cleanster. Thank you all for always being there for me and my family!

Margie has been so much more than just a support agent for me. Margie and Joy and all the support team. This company is great for anyone who is interested in cleaning or needs a quick start. The best thing about the team here is they are very responsive and respectful to all situations. Since I have been withe cleanster they have pay me my payments on time every time. They do make you take a lot of pictures, but if you do everything right and take the right pictures they pay on time. I did have a delayed in payment but it was due to my pictures. The team instructed me what to do and they displayed patience while I figure out how to use there app. I recommend this app if you want a taste of cleaning homes and making a side money.

I have done 30 jobs with Cleanster! They pay for all their jobs. I mean even when I had any issues with addresses missing apartment numbers, payment mentioned on my account and not received, customer stating they were going to be home and they were not. Support is quick to render any payments and they always get you the answers you need. The app sometimes can lag but just come off of it and go back and it works fine. The clients you work for are super friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them always respectful and they let you work. The hardest thing maybe parking at some of these apartment buildings because once I got a towing sticker on my vehicle because I wasn't a resident and the parking garage key was taken. Incidental things like that may happen but nothing major. Overall I like working for Cleanster they are understanding and always have many opportunities for reliable workers.
