Cleanster.com Reviews

If I could give them zero I would. They have been texting me over and over for years. I have asked them politely to please stop texting me please stop contacting me and they won’t stop. They make me so infuriated and I feel like I’m getting bombarded by a scammer

Cleanster is a great app where I can get my house cleaned fast and good. Price is good.

She’s wonderful ! It makes a huge difference!

Mitsy was great! She was very polite and explained everything she was going to do around my apartment and she made it smell amazing and nothing was left uncleaned and she also helped me find mold in my shower that I didn’t even know was there and cleaned it for me which was another plus! Cleanster is a great app and would definitely recommend for people who are looking for some extra help!

Working at CleansterPro has been an excellent experience. The platform is 100% reliable, payments always arrive the next day without fail, and communication with the team is outstanding. There is always someone available to help in case of any issues, which is very reassuring. Plus, the manager is super kind and attentive, and the clients I’ve worked with have been very respectful. I truly feel comfortable and valued here. I highly recommend CleansterPro!

We relocated to a new city and were looking for a reliable cleaning company that could tackle our home every 2 weeks. A quick online search took us to Cleanster, where we read reviews and downloaded the app. I appreciate the ease of use, swift search, and quality of the cleaners. We'd had 2 different cleaners, and both were thorough, timely, and pleasant. So glad we stumbled upon this app. It definitely made our move and settlement in a new city easy!

I had a fantastic experience with this cleaning app! The cleaner arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and did an absolutely amazing job. My space has never looked better! I'm definitely booking again and highly recommend this service to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning. Customer service was also excellent and very helpful regarding any questions.

Booked and paid for domestic help. Received a do not reply text confirming. No show on the day with no way of direct contact. So assume essentially a scam service.

Will be using all routes to expose.

They are not paying people , they keep saying billing team . How can the new system be worse than the new one . I did a cleaning Oct 26th and still not have got paid .

I had a great experience with Cleanster today. Olga was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am for a scheduled 4 hour house cleaning. Olga was right on time, very polite, and did a fabulous job. My house smelled clean. I will definitely be using Cleanster again and highly recommend them.

Nicole was the best did the most amazing cleans got every nook and cranny. Even my walls! I’m in love with how clean my place is thank you Nicole!!

If you’re thinking about using the Cleanster app, here’s a heads-up. The CEO, Gloria Oppong, runs things in a way that raises some red flags. They have cleaners showing up higher on the rating system and claiming they’ve done multiple cleanings. But when I spoke to one cleaner in person, they told me it was actually their first job. I’ve got screenshots and everything.

That’s just the start, though. Cleaners don’t usually show up on time, are often late, cancel within two hours of the appointment, or just don’t respond at all. The quality is pretty low too, especially considering they charge around $35 an hour. They say the cleaners are thoroughly vetted, but that’s questionable—sometimes they send a replacement who doesn’t even match the profile picture.

Oh, and if you ask for a refund, they’ll only give you credits, not an actual refund to your payment method, even if you request it. Overall, I’d steer clear of this company.

I am a cleaner in this company, for 3 weeks no one thinks to pay the salary, it's the same thing, they are scammers

Service was great and reliable. Before and after pictures have been taken to provide a full report. Cleaner was on time and did an amazing job.
Cleanster workers are very communicative as well.

With a baby, no matter how much you think you clean your house, it never seems to be clean.
The feeling of coming home to a clean house is absolutely amazing and refreshing.
Mariam from Cleasters did a phenomenal job and I am very impressed.
Thank you

Great service and I'm very satisfied with the cleaning. Cleaners are professional and very good.

Don’t use this App is a Scam the Rip people off by having you complete the Job but they never pay you
This what I sent them
I'm sending my complaint to the Better Business Bureau because you have said that you Missed but actually your company is a Fraud you have done this many times before and this must be stopped you can not have people do work and then not pay them . I have all the photos and the address of the property I worked at. I will also be reaching out to him to let him know that this company did not pay me for the work we did maybe he should know that you a bunch of of scammers.

Awful. Overpriced, dishonest, poor quality.

I am working with Cleanster from last few months and having almost no issues. However, in last month, I have cleaned a Airbnb from this application but I didn’t get any payment from application. And application shows me that they already paid me for job.
I tried to contact to the person regarding this issue but they are not answering my calls now and even not giving any answer on email or sms.
I just want to suggest every user of this application to be aware of this application.

Did back ground report and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to review it waisted my time and money
