Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Waited 2 weeks for my order only to find out they canceled it for no reason and never alerted me!! Would never deal with them again.

Terrible Online Customer Service

Terrible Online Customer Service. Can not get specs on products in over 6 weeks to a potential customer. What kind of company sells items without knowing all of their specs and drags a customer along? A very Unreliable One.

DONT PAY FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING - THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

I needed some items that I paid over 40 dollars to get it the next day and I reveived it 3 days later. After I called and complained, they told me they would contact UPS to give me a refund. After 1 or 2 hours, they called me and gave me the dumbest excuse that UPS could not refund me the money because the delay was due to an act of God. Thsy didnt even offer to refund the money themsesleves since I paid on their website and its their business not UPS's but there you see a company that doesnt take any responsibility for their issues, but passes it on to others, like UPS.

Unfortunately, weather is out of our control as well as the carriers' which is why we set those dates as estimated on our website. see your order did leave our warehouse on time and arrived 1 business day later than estimated (arrived on a Monday instead of a Friday). We do apologize for the inconveniences that may have caused, but unfortunately weather delays are something that we do not have control over.

Poor customer service, grossly inaccurate shipping estimates

Long time customer of ClearBags. Their shipping estimates and customer service has been spot on until recently. Shipping times are delayed by days even if you pay extra and contacting customer service to try to remedy the issue is awful. They’d rather pocket the extra money and lose a customer.

Good bags, poor service

The bags are pretty good, the service is very poor. They raised my price by more than 50% over 2 years and the service and attitude regarding that was the opposite of what I would call customer friendly.

Terrific customer service

The Clear bag team is great! I had consistent issues with their online ordering system and wrote to their customer service. Within day I heard back. When we could not solve the issue via emails they set up a zoom call. Not only was the rep Lutrell on the call but the head of Ecommerce- Jamie. The issue got resolved and my order went through. Terrific personal customer service! And the products are of high quality. This business earns a 5 star review from me.
