your staff member (Lisa Bate) was very friendly, knowledgable about your company, quick to get the information required and guided me through filling in the form required, gave me options and guided me on things like alarm requirements.
I felt happy that we had dealt with my problem and i was confident in her dealing with it and have no doubt that all is resolved thanks to her!

Today I called clear business my phone and broadband provider. I had a faulty line and wated to go to fiber. She handled it professionally and by step by step .she was polite and funny she needs a pay rise or management job ! Excellent work lisa

I had a really positive experience overall. From the start, everything felt well thought out and easy to engage with. The quality stood out immediately, and it’s clear that attention to detail was a priority.

What impressed me most was how consistent everything was—there were no weak points, and it delivered exactly what I was hoping for (if not more). It’s also worth mentioning that the value for money felt fair, which isn’t always the case these days.

If I had to point out one small drawback, it would be [insert minor criticism], but honestly, it didn’t take away much from the overall experience.

I’d definitely recommend this to others and would happily use it again.
