Cai Lin is the best!
This year, I was told that I would have to switch insurance carriers. I found this to be very stressful because I find a lot of this difficult to understand. A customer service representative named Cai Lin was incredibly helpful! She not only went over my options and gave me and my husband the best recommendation for insurance plans, but she also called me back the next day because I mentioned I may need help filling out the new form. She was incredibly patient and kind, and made sure it was done correctly and I understood everything. I give her 10 stars!!!
