Bonjour,
J'ai commandé un "kit premium CLEARSMOKE" pour un essai proposé gratuitement pendant 20 jours, pour lequel j'ai payé 12,95€ par CB. Reçu le 24/07/17, celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas du tout : aucun témoin lumineux et pas de charge de la batterie.
J'ai retourné l'ensemble du colis le 27/07, soit 3 jours après, et j'ai payé 12,15€ pour ce retour, qu'ils me doivent au titre de la garantie. J'ai vérifié qu'ils ont bien reçu mon colis retour aux Pays-Bas à Waddinxveen.
J'ai écrit, essayé de téléphoner, mais leur n° 0805 14 02 02 ne répond jamais, j'ai envoyé des mails en France et au Royaume Uni, aucune nouvelle pour ces 25,10€ qu'ils me doivent !
Je vais donc porter plainte auprès du Procureur de la République contre ces escrocs, avec l'aide de l'UFC Que choisir, c'est la seule solution qui me reste, puisqu'ils "font le mort" en étant injoignables.

i got it for like 9.99 , after first charge , charger didnt work anymore... did not bother to complain since i bought it so cheap....... watch out when buying you have 15 days to cancel your sub but , no one answers, so they charge extra 80 Euros. in my case Bank helped me out and solve the problem... Any how keep away or put 10 € on card order it , try it out and void card that you bought it with

Non comprate presso questa azienda e solamente una truffa ti prelevano contanti sulla carta di credito e non spediscono, non rispondono alle email se le contatti ce un disco societa fantasma si interessano solamente se ordini, non mettono le recensioni vera quelle che sono scritte sono false ...diffidate da questi imbroglioni

Vier Monate hat diese " Firma" e-Gig Refills für 34,50€ geschiekt !
Telefon funktioniert alle vier monate wg."technische Grunde" nicht,
auf e-mail sie antworten einfach nicht,die Einschreiben mit Rückschein bringt auch nicht! Nach vier Wochen ist Rückschein von Holland (C/O Straver Coenecoop 595,2741PT Waddinxveen) gekommen nur mit Unterscrift ohne Datum und ohne Antwort aus " Firma". Von UK (P/O Box13585 LinlithgowEH49 9AR, adresse im Internet) Brief ist einfach nach 5 Wochen zurukgekommen!
Also muss Ich Bankverbindug andern!
Jetzt schließe Ich Polizei an!

Attenzione: state alla larga da questi truffatori della rete!

Tutti coloro che non riescono a smettere di fumare (come me, purtroppo) vengono tratti in inganno dalla "incredibile" offerta lancio di nemmeno 10€, poi sul sito web scrivono (in un link nascosto) che dopo 15 giorni, se non annulli il periodo di prova, ti verranno addebitati 79,95 €.

Il pacco arriva dopo 10 giorni dall'ordine, e dopo altri 5 giorni ti arriva l'addebito sulla carta di credito; se provi a chiamare il nr. verde per annullare il periodo di prova, vieni dirottato (DA UN DISCO REGISTRATO) a un servizio "support" a cui devi inviare una e-mail, che nessuno leggerà MAI!!!

RISULTATO:
Spesi circa 90€ per dell'aria fritta... per stare dalla parte del sicuro ho deciso di bloccare la carta di credito, per non aver altre spiacevoli sorprese!!!

il 10/03/15 ho visto online un "offerta lancio" per kit di prova di ClearSmoke a 9.95€ che recitava "pagherete solo le spese di spedizione"; ho ricevuto regolarmente il kit solo che 20 giorni dopo mi trovo un addebito di altre 79.95 € sulla carta di credito! chiamatela truffa o pubblicità ingannevole questa gente agisce in questo modo: prima lancia l'offerta e dopo salta fuori che se non rendi il kit ti viene addebitata una cifra di cui non c'era traccia da nessuna parte! Al loro "servizio clienti" c'è un disco registrato che dice che hanno "momentaneamente" dei problemi tecnici e di mandare una mail, solo che alle non rispondono. State alla larga da questa ditta!

I am disgusted at this terrible company sent them the useless kit back didn't work took £59.95 out my bank then a week later sent cartridges to my neighbour and debity account with 29.95 and I had cancelled this so called subscription but that doesn't matter Spoke to trading standards financial standards agency. I'm really disappointed at Martin lewis website for letting them advertise their product. So do not buy this rubbish there are great companies out there with far superior products once they have your account they take money from it wonder what to use these cartridges for?

En quelques mots, c'est la 1ère fois que je me fais avoir de telle sorte par une offre où on ne vous demande que de payer les frais de port pour recevoir la commande à la base mais qui se servent bien de vous prélever la somme entière de ce produit après soit disant 15 jours d'essais .
J'ai fait appel à UFC pour dénoncer cet abus et je leur ai retourné leur produit sans le bordereau de rétractation car il n'y en avait pas à l'origine.
J'attends mon remboursement de 79,95 euros s' ils sont vraiment honnêtes et scrupuleux .
Cette expérience me servira bien de leçon en me renseignant toujours sur les avis clients avant de passer commande .

I bought this in good faith as a trial, they wait until you have signed up to tell you it will cost you £60.00 to keep the product. I kicked off and they offered me it for £20.00. Didnt think that was bad so paid up. Woe is me. First battery failed in 3 weeks, first lot of refills ordered, at 30 quid, only 50 per cent would vape, others leaked nicotine which badly burned my mouth and lips and i needed medical treatment. Second battery is now defunct. Company say they will respond to e mails in 72 hours, well I have waited 72 days and still waiting, now in the hands of trading standards. I have stopped smoking with a great company called The Smokers Halo, try them, you cant go wrong, 3 months since I stopped!

I clicked on a freebie starter kit advert and paid the p&p 7.95 only to find a below par product arrived. Then in the very small print on the invoice I was informed I had 15 days before I was to be charged £59.95 and enrolled on a membership program costing further monthly instalments. I had to quickly return the product at my own expense.

This company is shameless, do not give them your hard earned!

I ordered a promotional pack from Clearsmoke an E- Cig Company for £ 7.95 (postage and packaging costs). On reading further i found that i was signing upto a contract for around 60£ a month which i did not want to do.
I therefore cancelled the order on the same day (within a couple of hours)

i was expecting a refund of my money but i was told today that i would forfeit the postage and packaging charges despite them not having sent my order. I was further told that this was in their terms and conditions.

Having spent almost 8£ for "postage and packaging" when nothing has been sent to me seems like piracy!!

As they say Buyer Beware ...so this post is to let other people know

I was browsing the internet today doing some research into E cigs, I then come across this trial offer for clear smoke which was 7.95 for the kit, not until i signed up did i realise you have to pay an extra 60 if you keep for more than 15 days, I then canceled my account shortly after was email was another offer of 82% off, so that was the starter kit plus 12 cartridges for 16, which is more like it, i mean like i did want to be saving money not spending more, so im writing to say I think they are sorting out good deals just gotta be persistant and hurry whilst stocks last, I havnt received my pack as of yet but will post again to say what there like.

I received an invite for a trial at £7.95 (I believe on Groupon).I received the trial pack and the trial tasted like smoking socks that had been worn for a month.I then had a further £59.95 debited to my card the following month. I queried the debit with the Company and was told that the terms of the trial were that the £59.95 would be debited to my card if I did not cancel the trial.I could not recollect this and asked for a copy of the groupon offer to be emailed to me which,after 5 days, I have not received.I feel thatnI have been duped into this payment. Other people considering the Trial will be aware of this Company's sharp practice.

Returned my kit and requested refund.This was on 16/8/12 and not received anything yet. NOW cannot get them on their website, have they stopped trading??
Would like to advise,that as from yesterday I contacted "JANE" @ customer services and explained my complaint in full, whereby, I have been assured a full credit is forthcoming. Please accept plaudits Jane for professionally conducting and listening to genuine complaints and reacting forthwith.

When you pay them £7.95, after 15 days they will transfer £59.95 from your card! Their website use very small words to write this term! Why no department close down clearsmoke and give them opportunity continue to cheat customers!!!

This is a SCAM
They offer a free trial then take £60 of your money from your bank without authorisation & claim it is in terms and conditions which are ridiculously long.
It is impossible to cancel as free number never answers

After having tried patches, chewing gum and lozenges I have found "Clear-Smoke" to be the answer to my wishing to quit smoking! thank you "Clear-Smoke" !!

They offer a starter kit for the price of P&P of £4.95 and after 15 days they debit your card for additional £59.95 which is double the price of any other starter kits. Of course you won't find any clear information about it on their web site. You will have to go deeply into T&C looking for the finest print.
No wonder I found their offer email in my spam folder.
You've been warned!

i HAVE SMOKED FOR 42 YEARS AND DECIDED TO TRY CLEARSMOKE I HAVE NOT SMOKED A FAG SINCE 14TH OF FEB & I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THE PRODUCT OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AS I HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH BATTERYS & PHONED AND RECIEVED REPLACEMENT AT NO COST I RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE CIGARETTES UP THANK YOU CLEARSMOKE
