Genuine scam casino. DO NOT PLAY. I won 80k in october, and was only able to withdraw 2250 every month, once a month. At that rate it would take 2 years to withdraw it all. You need to gamble constantly to uphold your level so you can withdraw more. Every withdraw I made was using bank transfer, and each one was over 3 weeks. So if you win big make sure you dont do it on a site like this. Also this site is a apart of a pyramid scheme parent business or something along those lines. It's not difficult to find out. Ich warte bereits seit dem 28.04.26 auf meine Auszahlung. Der Kundendienst antwortet zwar immer sehr nett, aber die Auszahlung wird trotzdem nicht bearbeitet. Before continuing to play, I contacted customer support and was told that my maximum withdrawal would be €150. However, after winning the jackpot, the casino changed their explanation and stated that the maximum cashout is actually €100 (5x the €20 bonus), which directly contradicts the earlier information I was given.

As a result, my €4958.15 jackpot win was reduced to €100.

The jackpot was not won in the Bonus Crab feature itself, but in a normal slot game. At no point was it clearly explained that such a jackpot win could be reduced to such a small amount due to bonus terms.

I also requested a copy of my chat conversation with support as evidence. The agent confirmed it would be sent immediately, but I never received it.

This situation feels misleading and lacks transparency. Players should be clearly informed if jackpot winnings can be restricted in this way.

Update: I have now received the chat transcript, where customer support clearly stated that the maximum withdrawal would be €150. This directly contradicts the later explanation that the limit is €100 (5x the €20 bonus), meaning I was given incorrect information at a critical moment.

I escalated the case to Casino Guru, but it was rejected as the casino relies on their bonus terms. However, this does not address the misleading and inconsistent communication I received from customer support.

Additionally, I requested information about the casino’s licensing authority and validator link, but this was not provided to me. This raises further concerns about transparency and accountability.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing due to unclear rules, conflicting information, and lack of transparency.

FINAL UPDATE:
After nearly two weeks of “priority investigation” by Cleobetra’s specialist team, the bonus balance was eventually removed from my account without any proper final explanation or resolution email.
During this time, the casino repeatedly apologized, assured me the matter was being handled with priority, and kept the balance active far beyond the normal 10-day expiration period. Then suddenly the balance disappeared without any meaningful clarification.
At this point, the biggest issue is no longer only the bonus terms themselves, but the overall lack of transparency, conflicting support information, and extremely poor handling of the case.
Players should be very careful when relying on support information regarding bonuses and jackpot winnings.
